With world attention focused on the Kurdish city of Kobane in northern Syria, Kurds in Iraq are continuing their own battle against ISIS.

A video uploaded Sunday purports to show how Kurdish fighters are using guerrilla tactics against the better-armed jihadis, taking an ISIS position in a stealthy ambush in the Sinjar mountain region. Sinjar became synonymous with the brutality of the Islamic State terror group following reports of mass-killings, expulsions and systematic rape of the Yazidi community.
