Hundreds of people marched through Kiryat Arba and Hevron Sunday in the traditional Purim 'Adloyada' parade.

Among the marchers was nationalist MK Orit Struk (Jewish Home) who dressed up as leftist MK Michal Rozin of Meretz, and caried a sign that said “get out of the territories, we want missiles in Tel Aviv, too!”

Children and youths joined adults and senior citizens in the Adloyada, as Purim parades are known. Kiryat Arba's medical HMOs, the Senior Citizens' Club, schools, youth movements, kindergartens and day care centers were all represented.

Thos who had trouble marching – like the very old and the very young – cheered on from the sidelines and passed out sweets. Even the soldiers serving in the area joined the fun with a decorated jeep that drove next to the large parade, somehow swaying to the beat.

Local Council Head Malachi Levinger said that the parade expressed the many hues of the population of Kiryat Arba – Hevron.
