The White House kitchen has been undergoing a “kosherizing” process - becoming a kosher kitchen so that the White House can serve kosher food as part of its celebration of the holiday of Hanukkah.
The following video shows the kosherizing process as overseen by Rabbi Levi Shemtov, who promised that guests who attend the Hanukkah celebration “will have a White House level fare but it will be at the highest standard of kosher observance.”
