On Thursday. Arab terrorists murdered Rabbi Meir Chai in Samaria. The IDF killed the terrorists Saturday night in Shechem after they refused to surrender. They were members of the Al Aksa Martyrs’ Brigade, the armed branch of the Fatah political party that is headed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas. He said last week that he is against the use of violence.

Terrorists also attacked elsewhere in Judea and Samaria Sunday, hurling stones at a Jewish vehicle at a checkpoint and on the main highway south of Jerusalem. No one was wounded and no damage was reported in what have become daily incidents aimed at causing a fatal traffic accident.

Last week, rocks smashed through the windshield of a vehicle in which four children were riding. The rock landed in the back seat but fell between the children without causing any injuries. The incident occurred at Beit Omar, on Highway 60 south of Jerusalem and where terrorists frequently attack Jewish vehicles.
