It was revealed, Monday, that the recent reconciliation agreement between Israel and Turkey includes a clause that allows Turkey to transfer money to banks in Gaza authorized by Israel and the Palestinian Authority, subject to Israel's security considerations.

The clause was revealed during the state's response to a Supreme Court petition by relatives of terror victims against a clause granting $20 million dollars to Turkish familes for deaths and wounding suffered when Israeli commandos defended themselves against attack aboard the Turkish ship Maavi Marmara in 2010.
