Opposition Gives Assad Until Sunday to Release Women

Forces opposed to Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad said, Thursday, that he has until Sunday to release all the women in Syrian prisons as a sign he is willing to start peace talks.

The initiative was raised, this week, by opposition leader Ahmed Moaz Al-Khatib, to the dismay of elements within the opposition.
