Israeli Experts: Iranian Plane a Fake

Israeli experts say Iran’s reported domestically-made fighter jet is a definite fake. “A real plane doesn’t look like that,” said Tal Inbar, head of research at the Fischer Institute for Air and Space Strategic Studies, speaking to Maariv. “It may be a model made of cardboard, or metal, or fiberglass or plastic or some other hard material.”

“Iran does not have the ability to build planes, period,” Inbar continued. “But Tehran succeeded in its propaganda mission.”
