Arab Youth Says he Stabbed Jew to Get Out of School

A 16-year-old Arab youth from Kfar Jat has told police that he stabbed a 58-year-old resident of Pardes Hana in order to get out of school.  The teen told officers that his parents would not allow him to leave his studies, and that he had decided he would rather sit in jail than return to his classroom.

The youth admitted to waiting outside a shopping mall in Pardes Hana and stabbing a random passerby.  The stabbing victim was moderately wounded in the attack.
