Moshe Dann has written an excellent protest about the shocking upcoming story of Amona, so  I have just contacted him urgently.
His message to us all is as follows:

“A rigged system is focused on destroying the Jewish community of Amona and many others.

I urge Mattot Arim sympathizers to let as many people as they can know about this potential tragedy – which can be stopped by public pressure!”

All Mattot Arim sympathizers should indeed spend the time and generate public pressure, because this really does work.

It is your way of settling the Land of Israel using a keyboard instead of a trowel.

YOU and only you can prove to the world, that many, many people are worried and sick at heart about what Amona stands for. See the draft letter below, for example.

* You can send the link  to others, tell them this is important to you and ask them to read it.

* You can add talkbacks (comments) to this and other relevant newspaper articles.

* You can write to newspapers and Internet sites, facebook friends and public figures.

* You can write to ministers (or senators) – the subject line or title of the letter should simply say: AMONA. See example letter below or write your own:

Dear Madam, dear Sir:

No European court would even DREAM of ruling that all European real estate which clearly, with no doubts, were owned by Jews murdered in the Sho’ah, should be returned to those Jewish homeowners’ descendants.
See for example here:

But all Israeli courts are being pressured to rule, at the drop of a hat, that empty lots in Yehuda-Shomron MUST be made available to Arabs even if innocent people who moved in since need to be  thrown out on the street, if any ancient corrupt database even hints that some empty lot MIGHT, generations ago, have been owned by Arabs or even merely used by Arab sheep. Offers to fully compensate such Arabs monetarily, if they ever actually are found to exist, are  brushed off as insufficient.

This makes no sense to me at all! Please save the community of Amona! The legal solution is clear: Let the Jews of Amona continue to live in their homes. If and when Arabs are ever found who can prove property rights, Israel can agree to  compensate those Arabs for financial loss, ON CONDITION that far more serious abrogated Jewish rights, such as serious injuries and lives lost to Arab terrorism, are compensated first.

Sincerely, (your full name).

The community of Amona will be most grateful to you. So will their children and children’s children - we are in this to stay! And so will I; YOU can help and  I so much hope you will!
