Why is Europe so troubled by Israel?
Why is Europe so troubled by Israel?

So is this how it works?

Seems that each time the Israelis make plans for a new home, or a new patio, first they must get permission from Boris Johnson and the rest of Europe. Old habits die hard. Europeans still think the Jews live next door and never left for a galaxy far away…the Land of Israel…so when they say hop, they expect the Jews to jump…as it was in the good old days.

Johnson, Britain’s foreign secretary, speaking for the entire UK, expressed deep “disappointment” about the Amona decision.

One day the Israelis of Amona were told to pack up and leave. What had they done? Nothing.

But, without clear proof, someone claimed the Arabs were there first. That was good enough for the High Court to rule that the Jews had to be evacuated.

If that sounds familiar, yes, you’re thinking of Gaza, or of any period in European history – as recently as last night.

That’s when Johnson said he was upset that the Netanyahu government had made plans for the evacuees…plans to create a new town for them in Judea/Samaria.

Gevalt!

Immediately the world got together to scream foul. First came Johnson speaking for the UK, and then came France and Germany, all worried that this token of mercy for several Jewish families violated the space being reserved for what they say is a two state solution, but which I know better as a Final Solution.

Do not try to kid a kidder.

They are so aggrieved, these Europeans – and you should hear the language they use expressing their disapproval at Israel; that their pets, the Palestinian Arabs, may not get there so fast, so fast in displacing the Jews from the entire Land, when Amona proved it could be done so easily and so quickly.

From throughout the Continent we hear messages of anger and lamentation…appalling, they say…shocking…irresponsible…and the head of the UN says he is ALARMED. They’re upset that Fatah, ISIS, Hamas and Hezbollah will have to wait another day before living with Israel in peace and security.

We already know what that crowd has in mind for Israel and we know how Arabs live in peace and security in Syria and Iraq and Yemen.

That is precisely what would be coming to the Jewish State if ever a two-state solution were ever to materialize from the dreams of the Mufti of Jerusalem, through Arafat to Mahmoud Abbas. Their schemes have always been to drive the Jews into the sea and whatever tricks they don’t They think they can still give orders – go left, go right, and before you know it you’re in a cattle car, and I am sorry to bring this up.
know, they’ve learned from Europe.

The Europeans have always known what to do with the Jews – and from miles away, they’re at it again.

They think they can still give orders – go left, go right, and before you know it you’re in a cattle car, and I am sorry to bring this up.

I know many people, including Israelis, don’t like Holocaust references, but no discussion about Europe can happen without that reference, certainly as it relates to the Jewish people. Plus the fact that in the clock of history, the Holocaust happened last night, a moment ago.

So now that we have Israel, precisely what business is it of Europe what Israel does?

Hands-off would be the polite thing to do if you’re a European with any touch of memory and any sense of decency.

Besides, don’t they have enough troubles of their own over there from one rape capital to another?

Throughout Europe they’re hiding behind closed doors in fear of Radical Islam. Let them start their own two state solutions and tell Israel how it goes.
