On the first anniversary of the October 7 massacre, 'rape tunnel' posters outlining Hamas' tunnel system under the Gaza Strip and its use to hold Israeli hostages for over a year now appeared throughout the London Underground, the Jewish Chronicle reported.

The posters are designed like a traditional subway map with different routes portrayed in different colors. The Gaza tunnels carry labels outlining the atrocities known to have been committed in them, such as "Hostage Execution Tunnel" and "Hamas Rape Tunnel."

A message on the posters states, "On October 7th, 2023, Hamas murdered hundreds and kidnapped many more. The UK Government must do everything possible to secure the release of the 100 hostages still unaccounted for after 365 days of terror."

The posters were created as part of an initiative by the organization London Against Hamas to call attention to the plight of the remaining hostages and the atrocities committed by the Hamas terorrist organization.

"On the first anniversary of the unimaginable horrors committed by Hamas on October 7th, 2024, the London Underground features maps illustrating the terror organisation's Rape Tunnels of Gaza," London Against Hamas stated.

A TfL spokesperson said that the posters were not authorized and its staff have been instructed to take them down.

251 Israelis and foreign nationals, more than 90% of whom are civilians, were kidnapped to Gaza during the October 7 massacre. 101 hostages continue to be held in Gaza more than a year after their abduction. It is unknown how many are still alive. The youngest hostage, Kfir Bibas, was just nine months old when he was kidnapped and has spent well over half his life in captivity if he still lives.
