Border Police Sergeant Shira Chaya Suslik has been identified as the female murdered in Sunday's terrorist attack in Be'er Sheva.
Thirteen people were moderately to critically injured, including five who suffered injuries from glass shards.
Eyewitnesses claim that the terrorist, Ahmed Saeed Suleiman al-Okbi, 29 years old from southern Israel, an Israeli citizen with a criminal record, was wearing a ceramic vest. He is a family member of the terrorist who murdered soldier Omer Levy in 2015, in an attack that also took place at the central bus station in Be'er Sheva.
An initial investigation shows that Suleiman al-Okbi arrived at the McDonald's branch and opened fire in all directions, injuring several people before he was killed by the security forces.
