The IDF, the Shin Bet and security forces arrested nine wanted persons throughout Judea and Samaria on Monday night.

The forces mapped the house of the terrorist Kazem Issa Ali Zuhara in Za'atara in the Etzion division, one of the terrorists who carried out the shooting attack near Ma'ale Adumim and the A-Zaim checkpoint in February, murdering Matan Elmaleh and injuring other civilians.

In Tulkarm, the forces arrested a wanted man, searched buildings, and interrogated additional suspects. In Hebron, two wanted men were arrested in Yata and a Carlo-type rifle was confiscated.

In an operation in Nablus and in Al-Arroub in the Etzion brigade, soldiers arrested two wanted persons and confiscated incendiary materials. A wanted man connected to the Hamas terrorist organization was arrested in Al Am'ari in the Binyamin region.

The IDF confirms that a shot was fired last night at the town of Merav from deep within the village of Gilabon, hitting two houses where bullets were found. There were no casualties.

The wanted persons who were arrested and the means of warfare that were confiscated were transferred to the security forces for further investigation. The IDF reports that there were no casualties to security forces.

So far, since the beginning of the war, approximately 3,700 wanted persons have been arrested throughout Judea and Samaria, the Jordan valley and other regional units, approximately 1,600 of whom are associated with Hamas.
