Kazakhstani president Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited a sporting center in his country, and took the opportunity to join some of the children their in kicking a soccer goal.
Online comments on the video of his kick noted that the ball he kicked had a black pattern on it, but the ball that is shown entering the net has a blue and yellow pattern, indicating that the video had been altered in an attempt to show that Tokayev had scored when, presumably, he had not.
Users seized the opportunity to criticize Tokayev's authoritarian regime, with one commenting, "When is the goalkeeper's funeral?" and another responding, "You can see that the goalkeeper miraculously vanishes at the second he tries to score."
A third added, "Tokayev's office are Photoshop amateurs, and I'm sure someone is going to pay for this."
