Magen David Adom (MDA) reported that a 20-year-old man was seriously wounded by shrapnel during a rocket barrage fired by terrorists in the Gaza Strip at the Tel Aviv area shortly after 5 pm Tuesday. In addition, a 43-year-old woman was moderately injured by rocket shrapnel.
Red alert sirens were activated in Tel Aviv, Bat Yam, and Holon during the rocket barrage. Debris from at least one rocket fell in Tel Aviv.
Earlier today, two people were wounded in a rocket attack on Ashkelon. Two rockets landed in the city during the attack, one of which caused damage to a building.
Two men, both aged about 30, were lightly injured due to the shock waves. Both were treated by Magen David Adom (MDA) and evacuated to Barzilai Medical Center. Two others suffered shock and were treated at the scene.
