Moshe, the hairdresser whose salon was besieged by protesters while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s wife, Sara, was getting a haircut, recalled the incident in a conversation with Channel 12 News.

"I'm shocked, I've never experienced anything like this. I have clients from all walks of life. I'm in an emotional turmoil right now, it's not pleasant. It's not an easy incident at all. She has been a client of mine for several years. She was the one who calmed me down," he said.

He refused to say whether he spoke with the Prime Minister during the incident. "That’s between me and her, [but] everyone looked after us."

The siege of the salon in Kikar Hamedina in Tel Aviv lasted for nearly three hours, during which hundreds of police officers were called to the area. During the dispersal of the protest, clashes broke out between police officers and demonstrators.

Ultimately, the Prime Minister's wife was rescued, unharmed, from the salon by members of the Magen personal security unit at the Prime Minister's Office.

Prime Minister Netanyahu said in response to the incident, "The anarchical activists led by Lapid continue to cross red lines. Right now they are harassing and threatening my wife in Tel Aviv. I call on Lapid and the opposition to stop this immediately and condemn this shameful and unprecedented act."
