Happy Birthday President Trump
Happy Birthday President Trump

June 14th is President Donald J. Trump’s Birthday.  It’s hard to believe that this commander-in-chief, who has the energy and determination of a millennial, will be turning 73.

We, as Jews, have a special opportunity to thank the president on his birthday for all he has done for Israel.

We all know about Jerusalem, The Golan Heights, supporting Judea and Samaria, the many pieces of legislation offering financial, legal and emotional support, and his phone calls and visits to shuls in the United States after the tragic shootings.

But how much do we appreciate how his leadership has inspired others?

As we read this, his influence on those who admire his leadership is not spoken about enough.

Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida just completed a historic mission with a large group of Americans.  He agreed on working with Israeli companies in increasing cooperation in space technology, agriculture, water irrigation systems and cybersecurity. Additionally, DeSantis signed documents to increase educational opportunities in all of Israel. including a new agreement between Ariel University and Florida State University, a first in Judea and Samaria.

United States Ambassador to Germany, Richard Grendel, reacted to a call for Jews not to wear their yarmulkes as a result to the rise of anti-Semitism there, responded by a tweet stating,

"The opposite is true. Wear your kippa. Wear your friend’s kippa. Borrow a kippa and wear it for our Jewish neighbors. Educate people that we are a diverse society.”

More countries have made public statements of interest in moving their embassies to Jerusalem.

Probably the most influential, positive affect of Trump’s leadership are the Conservative wins in multiple elections internationally.  Those freedoms help Jews everywhere, even as anti-Semitism and hate crimes increase worldwide.

Let’s Say Thank You Mr. President

From the county where Donald J. Trump was born, The Queens GOP annual gala will celebrate our President with some of his closest friends and allies, Diverse Patriots for Trump.  It will take place on Tuesday, June 11, 6:30-9:30 PM. The event will take place at Russo’s On The Bay. I am being honored as the Jewish Patriot for calling out anti-Semitism in Queens and supporting our President since he was the party’s nominee in Cleveland in 2016.

Many personal friends and supporters of the president are joining the celebration. Among them are Michael Caputo, Bernard Kerik, Dr. Gina Loudon, Elizabeth Pipko, Sid Rosenberg and Rev. Darrell Scott.  Kerik has known the president for decades.

Michael Caputo was director of New York State for the President’s campaign through the 2016 NY Republican Presidential Primary. He is currently debating a congressional run from Erie County so that the president can rely on a vote from New York.

“I know the President is counting on great things from a revitalized New York Republican State Committee, and Queens will absolutely play an important role.”

The gala will mark the first official, public appearance of the new New York State Republican Party Chair, Nick Langworthy.  Langworthy has been friends with President Trump for years, worked on the 2016 campaign and will have a more pro-Trump team set up in New York for 2020.

Tickets are available online here:  You can still take advantage of the early bird special if you order with the code cindyscorners or email me directly:

Washington DC

I am also very involved, as co-chair, in the birthday party, being held at the Trump International Hotel in Washington DC.  This annual gala, created by Alice Butler-Short, Founder of the Organization Virginia Women for Trump, s really a party, with hats and fascinators, lots of music and fashion and multiple Trump supporters from all over the country.

Among the headliners is Rabbi Aryeh Spiro. Rabbi Spero is a nationally recognized theologian and is the most well-known and beloved rabbi in America's politically conservative movement. Spiro is the author of Push Back: Reclaiming Our American Judeo-Christian Spirit, he is a frequent guest on Fox News and major radio shows. His articles are published in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Times, PJ Media, Human Events, American Spectator, The American Thinker, and Conservative News Service.  He is president of Caucus For America, spokesman for National Conference of Jewish Affairs, an advisor to member of Congress, and was the first rabbi to publicly endorse Ronald Reagan in 1979.  He recently organized the protest at the congressional offices of Congresswomen Ilhan Omar and spoke with me at the Stop Ilhan Rally in Times Square in New York City.

Elizabeth Pipko, Founder and President of The Exodus Movement, will be joining me at both events.

“As a Jewish American, it has been amazing to witness President Trump’s support for the Jewish community and his embrace of the issues we care about most. It has been truly difficult to witness the move towards anti-Semitism become mainstream orthodoxy among the left, which is why it is so important to have a defender of the Jewish people and our interests currently in the White House.”

Pipko’s group is the only organization of Jews leaving the Democrat and other parties to join the Republican Party that is recognized by President Trump himself and the 2020 re-election team.

I personally made the appropriate accommodations for kosher food and a Jewish, Pro-Zionist friendly addition to both events.  It is imperative for us to join the hundreds of other religious groups and say Todah Rabah President Donald J. Trump. Please join me as I look forward to personally meeting others on “Team Trump.”
