MK Yaakov Litzman (United Torah Judaism) was brought to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem during the Seventh Day of Pesach holiday after he felt unwell.
After a series of tests, MK Litzman underwent a pacemaker insertion surgery carried by Prof. Michael Glikson, Director of the Jesselson Integrated Heart Center of Shaare Zedek.
The hospital said that the pacemaker insertion surgery was successful and that MK Litzman is recovering and feeling well.
