An Israel Hayom poll conducted by the "Maagar Mochot" Institute published Wednesday night found that if the elections were held today, the Likud would win 31 seats.

The poll also found that if former Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. (res.) Benny Gantz ran in the elections for the 21st Knesset through an independent party headed by himself, the Zionist Union would receive only 7 Knesset seats.

Gantz's new party - even before its platform was presented - would receive 15 seats, according to the poll.

The poll also found the Arab Joint List would receive 12 seats, Yesh Atid headed by Yair Lapid and the Jewish Home - 11 seats each, United Torah Judaism - 7, Gesher headed by Orly Levy-Abekasis - 6, Kulanu under Moshe Kahlon - 5, Yisrael Beytenu - 4, Shas - 4, Meretz - 5. The party of Moshe Ya'alon, which he launched this week, does not, in the meantime, pass the threshold.
