Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) Yoav Mordechai on Thursday morning posted comments on his popular Arabic-language Facebook page regarding the rockets fired recently from Gaza.
The rockets fired from Gaza often miss their mark and explode within Gaza, damaging properties belonging to civilians. Hamas digs tunnels under residential areas in Gaza, places rocket launchers in schools and built its central underground bunker below a hospital.
"Good morning to Gaza's citizens, and a slightly less good morning to Khan Yunis resident Faissel Kadiah," Mordechai wrote.
"This morning, Faissel Kadiah's home in Khan Yunis was damaged by a mortar fired at it. As you remember, in the past two weeks, a classroom in the Aazzai Alshawa school in Beit Hanoun was destroyed, as well as the home of the Masri family in Khan Yunis. Both were destroyed when terrorists' rockets fell on them.
"Rockets, bombs, and mortars are being fired by Palestinian Arabs, at Palestinian Arabs.
"How long will the Hamas terror organization continue to harm its own people, digging tunnels under mosques, schools, and private homes, and allowing a terror group in Gaza to fire irresponsibly?"
