Einat Paz-Frankel from No Camels reported that Intel Israel has started construction on what will be the world’s smartest office building. The 34,000-square-foot development center is being built in Petah Tikva, will run entirely on sensors and be completely digitized.

The building will upload relevant data in meeting rooms and help employees organize their personal schedules. According to No Camels, Intel stated that the building will learn the habits of employees and cater to their own personal needs. The building is expected to be complete by 2019 and has been certified as energy safe.

A promotional video explaining the building’s technology calls the building “the smartest building in the world.”

Globes reported that the building will encourage employees to live a healthy lifestyle and will bring Intel employees, that are currently working in 13 different campuses, together.

The building will also notify employees when the dining hall is full and suggest another place to eat. There will be several employee services offered including a gym, two dining halls for meat and dairy, a café, a laundry service and a hairdresser.
