WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, whose website published emails from the Democratic National Committee, says his website has more material related to Hillary Clinton's campaign.

“We have more material related to the Hillary Clinton campaign,” Assange told CNN, adding the material is “extremely interesting”.

Assange insisted that the publishing of material on Clinton is not from personal motives and said that suggesting otherwise is false reporting.

The information that has already been revealed by WikiLeaks found that the Democratic National Committee favored Clinton over her rival Bernie Sanders in the party's 2016 nominating contest.

It resulted in the resignation of Debbie Wasserman-Schultz as chair of the committee. The FBI has launched a probe into the hacking of the emails.
