The head of the Palestinian Authority (PA), Mahmoud Abbas has held a meeting Tuesday with Amna Muna, a female terrorist released in the Shalit deal.

Muna tempted a Jewish boy, Ofir Rachum, to meet her in Ramallah in JAnuary of 2001. Several other terrorists awaited him there and murdered him. Muna never expressed regret for her deeds and she reportedly had a habit of imitating the screams Rachum uttered before his death.

Newspapers in Muslim countries have described her as "Al Capone Muna" and said that she had sadistically tortured her female cellmates in jail. Muna preferred not to be released into Gaza, for fear that her Arab victims or their relatives would seek revenge against her. Instead, she asked to be released to Turkey.

Abbas met Muna in Turkey. He also held a separate meeting with 10 other terrorists who were set free in Turkey, including Jihad Yarmur, one of the kidnappers and murderers of IDF soldier Nachshon Waxman.

Abbas' bureau told Voice of Israel radio that he meets regularly with freed PA prisoners, be it in Ramallah or anywhere else. Fatah official Jibril Rajoub, who also participated in the meeting, told the radio station: "If she doesn’t deserve to live, why did you free her?"
