The Knesset television channel Tuesday showed a rare video taken from within a bus caught in the Carmel inferno that killed 44 people, including almost all of the passengers and the driver.
One voice from inside the bus said, “Don’t tell me to relax. I am afraid.”
Another voice reassured, “Everything will be okay.”
Other voices heard before the flames engulfed the bus: “Sit down, you are bothering the driver,” and “The windows are starting to explode.”
