A 27-year-old mother of two was killed in the Druze village of Maghar. Her children were wounded by flying shrapnel when the rocket hit a nearby apartment. Two other residents in the village were seriously wounded in the attack.
A second person was critically injured in a separate attack on Kiryat Shemona. Two other people were also wounded, one moderately and the other with light injuries. Two missiles had also landed in open areas near the town earlier in the day. No one was hurt.
Four more people were wounded in the Druze village of Majdal Krum. Three were injured in Horfesh. Another was wounded in Tzfat.
Katyusha rockets also slammed into the coastal city of Nahariya, with four missiles landed within the city itself. Three more rockets landed in the town of Carmiel and several more crashed in the town of Ma’alot. No injuries were reported in the attacks.
By 5:00 pm Friday afternoon, Hizbullah had fired more than 90 missiles at northern Israeli communities.
