(Israelnationalnews.com) A great threat to world peace is brewing in Israel: Youth are building hideouts and tree houses. As they say, if the story wasn’t sad, it would be funny.

Youth from Kdumim have spent the last two years building wood structures and caves on the side of the hill they’ve named Shvut Ami, Hebrew for “The Return of My People.”

Police and IDF forces have destroyed this teenager hideout no less than ten times. It’s like a grown-up game of cops and robbers – the young adults build the site again, the strongest army in the Middle East comes back and knocks it down.

Meanwhile, according to U.S. President Barack Obama, Shvut Ami’s tree houses make up one of many “illegal outposts” whose existence represents one of the greatest obstacles to peace in the Middle East.

Iran, on the other hand, on its way to gaining nuclear weapons, just needs to be talked to.

The Israeli and the American governments need to reorder their priorities, and stop letting the Muslim world focus attention away from their violent designs and intransigence onto peaceful Israeli communities.

The “outposts” in Judea and Samaria are not threats to world peace – they are the homes of peaceful Jewish families with children who feel a deep tie to the Biblical Land of Israel.

Defense Minister Ehud Barak, the Israeli police, and the IDF need to find better ways of protecting Israel than knocking down these peaceful communities.
