From Avraham and the beginning of the Jewish nation, to the kingship of David HaMelech, Bar Kochva, and even in our times to the \'Gush emunim\' movemement and the start of the yishuvim post-1967- everything always starts in Chevron and spreads out to the rest of Eretz Yisrael. What does G-D answer David when David asks him where to start the kingship for all of Israel? The kingship that will eventually lead to the mashiach? \'Chevrona.\' Everything starts in Chevron. And that\'s because Chevron is where you gain the Jewish pride that we all need to carry us through our lives, and Chevron is where you start to see yourself as part of a continuom. Which is what ultimately happens to all of these teenagers- and adults, and even senior citizens- who come in to visit Chevron. For the first time they begin to see their place within that continuom and it\'s a life-changing feeling that can\'t be matched and can\'t be gained the same way from anywhere else. May we all be zocheh soon to fill the streets of Chevron in song and dance and the culmination of all that waiting. ");
