Maybe the man in black behind the announcer was also having fun, or, then again, maybe not, or maybe about something entirely different. I could see that he would laugh, because the announcer keeps saying Oobama, rather than Obama. Or, it could be because the Nobel Committee has placed a preemptive strike - got this one from another blogger elsewhere - to MAKE Mr. Obama live up to peacemaking. In that case the laugh could be at the expense of Israel. In any case the Norwegians are rather left wing - if they are still in Norway. The others have moved elsewhere. Did YOU know, Tamar that my Norwegian sister-in-law thinks that there is now approx. a 20% muslim population in Norway? Her best friend, and travel companion, who is from Sweden thinks that is the case in Sweden as well. Personally, I do not have those statistics, but, if we are laughing, it is good to know what we are laughing about, sothat we will be the last persons laughing.
