The conditions outlined in the Mandate are still law, I have never checked if this applies to signs, but it appears to me it does.  Street signs in Arabic without Hebrew would then violate International Law, and US law that passed the Mandate as a Federal Law in a Joint Session of Congress and signed by the Chief Executive3 in the 20s");
