They switch to volleyballs instead of kassams and the Israelis will do the same.\n\nVery sweet ad and the actors playing the soldiers are gorgeous, too:)\n\nDon\'t know what any of this has to do with cell phones but it\'s a feel-good commercial. \n\nI like it very much.");

I liked it.\n\nThe first demeans Jews. The reason behind the establishment of a wall is NOT a playful one - it is a serious and expensive effort to prevent terrorist attacks that kill and maim.\n\nSecondly, the whole \"Jews just wanna have fun\" theme is the exact opposite of what Judaism\'s role in the world is supposed to be.\n\nThirdly, any ball-tossing that would start out as a game from Gaza would immediately be exploited by terrorists who, around the third toss, would send a ball full of explosives. (I don\'t know since I don\'t have one) I\'m sure the people who thought up these ads make a lot of money but hey, they deserve it! The ads are eye-catching and connect with a very deep place in the Israeli psyche which wants SOOOOO much for everything to be OK in the end! (= the projectile is only a ball, the daughter comes home safe & sound). This advertiser REALLY understands why Israelis have such high cellphone use: we worry about terrorism harming our loved ones, and we worry about being disconnected from our loved ones who live physically or socially far away. We feel less insecure about these issues when we can phone family immediately.\nI cried when I saw the shuvi el bayti ad... it reminded me how much I love my family. It\'s sad that real life is often less sweet than the contents of these two ads.\nMay we merit to use our cellphones in holiness: refraining from porn and unkosher speech; increasing words of Torah and lovingkindness; and becoming more efficient in doing our holy work (be it in the army, the fields, the business or the shul).
