You would have to ask yourself if you could have handled having his background and would have wanted to become that well-known.  How would your soul, in a \'black body\' so to speak have \'responded to the challenges\'?  \nFamous people in vulnerable situations should not invoke reactions which ignore and disrespect the vulnerable situation which they are in.  \nSome type of extravagance is a facade and comes out of a mixture of the wrong kind of pride a feeling of inferiority which sometimes results in arrogant behavior, but I can think about more arrogant behavior than this; even with people who are not that well-known, they can be arrogant to say the least only omit any \'funny, exploring, curious\' undertone.  If M.J. sits in a corner of a pub, puzzled by your behavior, then it is up to you to go to him, and forge a genuine, but sensitive joke, not because he is famous but because you look a little through it all and attempt to show show inititative-taking kind of care.  How is that \'for a change\'. Maybe your mom did that for you and maybe his brothers stuffed him with french fries, in a corne r of a snack-bar, as long as he \'performed\'.  \nWhy don\'t you analyze some other kind of  \'dummies\' called e.g. psychiatrists, ; they would probably not have been able to help him, at least we did not see that much of a result.\nApart from that some artists use different kinds of extravagant behavior, as a creative means of expression.  There are also reasons for this. \nSomething in your undertone feels competitive to me.  I don\'t want to expose you, but maybe it is an idea to look at your own motives, what that is concerned?\nImagine never having heard of him would you have noticed him? Where/how would you have met him? What would you have noticed? Did you think something like this:  \'what\'s wrong with this person, he must also have lacked some good parenting, why does he behave in such an excessive way, what could I do to help him is he has psychological problems\'? \nI think that he was exposed to violence as a child, and he (at least tried, although with mixed motives) to turn this into some creativity. \nHis \'dancing\' and \'singing\' seem to be full of \'messages\'; anger, rebellion, which may be behind some of that perversion.  What did people do? Mostly either despise or admire him, since he became famous.  How was he going to know who \'cared\'? He had become famous, thus many people were nice to him because of his fame. Would he have had some tricks to find out? And in meeting you, would he have waited for you to see through his (childish, under-developed, intelligent and then extravagant ) behavior?  Aren\'t there also a few so-called white people who behave as he did, only maybe, in a more socially acceptable way? And would you see through them, maybe get somewhat upset, try to put them \'on the right path\'?  (not an easy task in some cases since there are many people who aren\'t that receptive, especially, when they don\'t have to be receptive, apart from an in-ability to be receptive and  open for change of attitude) The latter is not a question-it looks to me as if that were a fact.\n\nI happened to read some comments about a well known Jewish artist (she is the daughter of well-known Rabbi), and was somewhat shocked about what people can come up with if they have freedom of speech. \'All-right\', on the video she may have been dressing in a more casual way than expected, although her dress was relatively modest. One person (a woman) used this as an excuse to insult her as a woman. No one was able to say anything positive about her.  This whereas she i obviously very sincere involved and talented. The fact that it takes something to be on stage, to give so much of \'oneself\', to be vulnerable in front of a public, \'etc\', is something, many people don\'t seem to see.  For artists to \'say these kind of things\' does not seem to be \'feasible\' either, or else maybe they would have done so\n\nI do know a little about this all because I am an Artist (isn\'t it \'called that way?) and I sing Jewish Songs\n\nWhy would I tell you? Maybe to try to get you out of the \'metal bloke-circuit\' and also maybe, so that Dacon reads this.
