To break the state of inertia where you don\'t annex the territories but don\'t surrender them either, go on the offensive.  \n\nDust off the League of Nations documents and show the world that Israel has every legal right to its land.  That any further partitions are unacceptable.\n\nThen present your very own Peace Plan, which will include the official annexation of your land, and the assistance and financing of emigration for every Arab family who desires to leave.  And the end of the UNRWA, of course.\n\nIf any nut threatens with violence against Arabs wishing to sell their property - incarcerate him. \n\nChange your legislation so that all social benefits are dependent on allegiance to the state of Israel plus a two-year service on a non-armed equivalent to the draft.  They could build roads, harvest crops, whatever.\n\nGive preference to IDF veterans for most jobs.\n\nTake away the Arab incentive to reproduce and collect assistance.  Take away their incentives to stay in Israel.  \n\nArm all your Jewish citizens.  Give additional weapons training to those carrying arms.\n\n2)  The political dynamics are changing, the US does not wish to fight terror anymore, and does not wish to be seen as an ally of the Zionist state.  \n\nObama wants to chat and sip tea with Iran, the Taliban, Hamas, Hizbullah, everybody who used to be called a terrorist.  And Obama does not want his policy to be called War on Terror anymore. It just has to be made obvious to the Israelis who still hold the illusion that the US is their ally, or that they share values with the Europeans. Timidity won\'t get you anything but more abuse, more threats, more disrespect, and more violence.\n\nIsrael now must make demands from the US-EU-Arab coalition  Put them on the defensive!
