You have established that Americans are provokable, not that the US is evil monster bent on pro-active obliteration for oil or gold (unlike European countries that created empires and subjugated vast territories).\"\n\nAmerica is an empire.  With respect to colonies, Guam, and Puerto Rico, remain under U.S. control without all the rights and benefits of statehood. Of America\'s former possessions granted independence, most continue to have U.S. bases inside their territories.\n\nThe point is, the U.S. does not need colonies in the strict sense of the term.  America has military bases all over the globe, in Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, Iraq, etc.  These are as good as colonies. America is an imperial power; a global hegemon.  That means empire.\n\nIsrael does not need to bomb any American city.  American policy has effectively been to coerce Israel\'s Jews to make suicidal concessions of precious and strategic land, to appease our Muslim Arab enemies, primarily our Saudi enemies.  The Saudis are believed to have some 24-25 percent of the world\'s proven oil reserves; maybe per barrel the cheapest oil in the world to extract.  More important, the Saudis own half the world\'s surplus production capacity -- two the three million barrels a day.  Take the Saudi surplus out of play, and the market loses its stability and liquidity.  It is the surplus capacity that keeps the world\'s oil markets from going on a face down roller-coaster ride during crisis.  In other words, no matter what country you buy our oil from, Saudi Arabia determines the world price by how much oil it chooses to produce.  (Robert Baer, \"Sleeping With The Devil.\").  Saudi Arabia is the birthplace of Islam.  It is the protector of two of the holiest cities in Islam.   Saudi Arabia does not recognize Israel.   It opposes Israel\'s existence.  Allied with the U.S., Saudi Arabia seeks Israel\'s destruction.\n\nSK: \"But Americans are not angry at the Muslim world.\"....An assertion on your part without any evidence in support. You think the average American hasn\'t noticed the \"Muslim Problem\" in America and elsewhere?\"\n\nWithin hours of the Pearl Harbor attacks, FBI agents began taking key Japanese American leaders into custody.  Eleanor Roosevelt bore personal witness to the growing hysteria -- up and down the Calif. coast - directed against aliens and citizens of Japanese decent.  California is a \"zone of danger\" the LA Times proclaimed the day after the attack.  It is the duty of alert citizens \"to cooperate with the military authorities against spies, saboteurs and 5th columnists.\"  Government officials swooped down upon Japanese banks, department stores, produce houses, and newspapers, locking their doors with giant padlocks.  Panic spread.  Houses were searched for pictures and documents that might suggest loyalty to the emperor of Japan; drawers and closet were rummaged for anything that might conceivable be uses as a weapon, thousands of radios and cameras were confiscated  \"Rumors were everywhere,\" recalled Jiro Ishihara, a young Japanese American who was in high school in East Los Angeles at the time.  \"We\'d hear that the person down the street had been picked up for having feudal dolls and that a neighbor had been taken away for having Japanese recordings....\"  FDR made the decision to uproot thousands of Japanese Americans from their homes, forcing them into incarceration / concentration camps located in the interior of the country.\n\nSK, what have Americans and their leaders done about these Muslim enemies within post 9/11?  What of these enemy Muslim civilians --  many of whom sympathized with the 9/11 atrocities?  You claim I have no evidence in support of my position?  Unlike Japanese Americans, we have much evidence, that like European Muslims, Muslim-Americans may never assimilate nor will they accept western laws and values over Sharia law and Allah.  What we are seeing here is the \"stealth jihad.\"  What have American citizens demanded of their leaders in light of this?\n\nSK: \"So, now you\'ve moved even further from real evidence, asserting that America, not Russia (or whatever), is the \"empire\" that will destroy Israel. You have \"long believed this.\" Of course, America is NOT an empire. Where are our colonies, pray? You have absorbed nonsense from the likes of the Left and the Paleo-Con Bucananites. By the way, Russia isn\'t much of an empire either nowadays.\"\n\nThe point is SK, we do not know.  It\'s all speculation (perhaps wishful thinking) on the part of Christians that America will stand by Israel\'s side should Israel be attacked by a coalition of nations.  What is the basis for this sanguine viewpoint, seeing how America has been turning more and more against Israel by the month; by the year? \n\nI wrote: \"For me, self-identifying with country and placing country first, before God (even before family) is dangerous; even deadly. So far as America\'s future is concerned, we simply do not know.  It may be that the character of the American people is very different from the barbaric character (the historic propensity toward violence) on the part of the German people.  I would like to believe it is, only do we know how the American people will behave under circumstances which are very different than anything we have seen heretofore?  Who conducted the Salem Witch Trials, tortures and hangings of 1692-1693?   Weren\'t these white European immigrants to North America?  The Puritans?  An April1939 Fortune magazine poll found that while 94% of Americans disapproved of the way Germany was treating the Jews, 83% opposed lowering stringent anti-immigration quotas to admit Jewish refugees.  Americans opposed a measure by New York Democratic Senator Robert Wagner Sr. which would have brought 20,000 German Jewish children to stay in American foster homes under Quaker sponsorship.  Due to the Jew-hating outcry by American patriotic societies and groups, the Wagner bill died in committee.  FDR was virtually silent about the plight of Europe\'s Jews throughout the war.  He kept abreast of American public opinion which was decidedly anti-Semitic.\n\nThe possibility that (as you suggest) most Americans do not know a whole lot about politics and do not have much interest in it - that Americans are much more interested in domestic than in foreign issues and focus particularly on economic indicators like inflation and stock prices - does not negate the fact that Americans are collectively responsible for the actions of their / our government; for the immoral (evil) foreign policy of their government.  It did not matter that most Germans did not know a whole lot about politics.  During the second world war, every German was an enemy, an enemy combatant and an enemy civilian.\n\nYou wrote: \"Few are single-issue voters. She travels down this road at her own peril.  No American citizen will be innocent of the blood shed in our land and the land taken by force from our people. (1) Americans have shown they will destroy an adversary if they they are being attacked.  True enough.  (2) Americans don\'t have problems with \"the Muslim world.\"  Obviously false.  We do not have two full-fledged wars on Muslim countries (whatever the justification) without American \"anger at the Muslim world.\"  (3) You have \"long believed\" that America will be the destroyer of Israel, based on your rather unsusual take on prophesy.  (4) You\'re really pissed at Xians who supported Bush.  It seems, then, that you have \"connected the dots\" and think things are already turning in a Hitler-esque direction, with Xians setting aside God for Country.  In other words, America is fulfilling \"prophesy\" and gathering itself to destroy the Jews.\n\nSorry, but I find this all just nonsense.  Let\'s leave aside the fact that Jews are no more hated in America than Catholics (as my REAL data-based analyses have shown).  Let\'s leave aside the fact of two wars in one presidential term against Muslim countries (and the reelection of the president who launched these wars).  Let\'s leave aside that America is no empire and therefore couldn\'t possibly fullfil prophesy.  Let\'s look at things more broadly.\n\nFirst, most Americans do not know a whole lot about politics and do not have much interest in it.  Many do know something about a narrow area or two, but that\'s it.  Second, what Americans know is powerfully dependent on what they learn from the media.  The media are overwhelmingly leftist, when they aren\'t politically irrelevant--which  they are most of the time, discussing such things as Brittany Spears instead.  Third, Americans are much more interested in domestic than in foreign issues and focus particularly on economic indicators like inflation and stock prices.  The stock market collapse is most likely the big reason Obama won.  Fourth, Americans support (or oppose) presidents for a plethora of reasons.  Few are single-issue voters.  Supporting Bush did NOT mean opposing Israel; it most likely meant (a) opposing Democratic attempts to run away from Iraq, which would increase increase terrorism against America and show that America was weak, and (b) giving in to an even bigger government than Bush would bring, with massive increased socialism. (I\'m using others\' terms, not my own.)  I\'m sure other influences were relevant, such as \"support the President of your party, because he\'s of your party, and not of the other party.\"  Stuff like that.  How you turn this whole thing into Bush is (pardon the expression) the Anti-Christ is beyond me.\n\nFifth AND MOST IMPORTANT, Israeli elites have Koshered every anti-Jewish thing that America has supposedly \"pressured\" Israel to accept.  You seem to believe that Bush is the villain.  No.  Bush is just doing what the Israeli elite statum is asking him to do.  The Israelis DO NOT WANT Yesha.  The Israelis hate and fear the dati leumi.  They know perfectly well who is having the babies.  You assume that Israel is being \"pressured.\"  I disagree.  I think that Bush works with the leaders of Israel, that they scratch each others\' backs.  Bush is not positioned, nor is he competent, to be more Jewish than the Israeli PM.  Nor, frankly, are the Republican leaders.\n\nTRANSLATION:  You want America to be more pro-Israel?  Get rid of the anti-Jewish Israeli leaders.");

AddReply(411676,"Dean: answer to #16 above","Steve","","03/12/09","You ask what is necessary (according to our Rabbis)for you and me to receive salvation.  Like I wrote earlier, \"salvation\" is temporal in our Bible.  God\'s salvation is His deliverance from our enemies, from evil, etc.  Our rabbis call - what you call salvation - earning a place in the world to come.  Our rabbis say the following.   \"All the righteous among the nations have a place in the world to come.\"   This is what I believe.  \n\nWhat is righteousness?  What did Moses write? \n\n\"You should diligently keep the commandments of the LORD your God, and His testimonies and His statutes which He has commanded you. \n\n\"You shall do what is right and good in the sight of the LORD, that it may be well with you and that you may go in and possess the good land which the LORD swore to give your fathers.......So the LORD commanded us to observe all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God for our good always and for our survival, as it is today. \n\n\"It will be righteousness for us if we are careful to observe all this commandment before the LORD our God, just as He commanded us. (Deu chapter 6)\n\nCan it be any more clear?\n\nShedding blood has nothing to do with righteousness.  Simple belief in messiah has nothing to do with righteousness.  I have my own independent views about animal sacrifice in the Torah.  You are asking the wrong Jew about animal sacrifice.  I do not believe blood, in and of itself, has efficacy or atones for sin.  God looks at the heart.  God does not care for blood or for the shedding of blood. I do not believe blood propitiates God or the gods in the least.  This is pure superstition.  Christians treat \"the blood of Jesus\" like a talisman or a fetish which somehow wards off evil spirits and propitiates the gods for sin.  \n\nKing David wrote: \"For Thou dost not delight in sacrifice, otherwise I would give it; Thou art not pleased with burnt offering.  The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, Thou wilt not despise.\"\n\nYour statement that there is no forgiveness without the shedding of blood cannot be found anywhere in the Torah.  It can only be found in the book of Hebrews; in the Christian bible.  \n\nAgain no offense intended, the author of Hebrews (Paul?) was wholly ignorant of God\'s law.  Leviticus chapter 5 provides a grain offering for the poor man whose means are insufficient for doves or pigeons as a sacrifice.  \n\nThe poor man \"shall bring an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering and he shall bring it to the priest and the priest shall offer it up in smoke on the altar...so the priest shall make ATONEMENT for him for his sin which he has committed..and it shall be forgiven him.\"\n\nNow Dean, will you join with me?   Let us join together and pronounce judgement on this ignoramus who wrote the book of Hebrews.  Are you ready?  THE MAN WAS AN IGNORAMOUS!   \n\nOnce again, our rabbis say, \"all the righteous among the nations have a place in the world to come.\"   This is what I believe.  \n\nIn my next post I will attempt explain WHY your support --along with millions of American Christians\' support -- for Bush and the re-election of George W. AddReply(411460,"Dean, you read correctly; messiah does not save.","Steve","","03/11/09","Messiah is God\'s servant, like Moses and David were God\'s servants.  Remember Moses wrote, God \"will raise up a prophet like me.\"  \n\nThe NT takes this as a messianic statement.  Fine.  Did Moses \"save\" the Israelites and deliver us from Egypt or did God save the Israelites and deliver us from Egypt?   Did Moses part the sea or did God part the sea? \n\nI am not a rabbi.  My understanding of the basic theme in the Torah, the prophets and the entire Hebrew Bible is this.  Salvation and redemption were temporal.  Though there may be an implied deeper spiritual meaning, literally God\'s salvation is temporal.  Of course we believe in a \"world to come\" or God\'s kingdom situated in Jerusalem one day.  But the Bible deals with things on this earth.  Thus, unlike Christianity, Judaism is not \"other-worldly\" but this worldly.\n\nThe Jews look for messiah to be God\'s \"instrument\" of salvation from our enemies.  This is why J. did not fulfill the requirements of messiah.  He did not bring God\'s salvation from our enemies.  He did not help to establish God\'s earthly kingdom in Jerusalem. (His) \"kingdom was not of this world.\"  God\'s future kingdom will be here on earth; of this world.  This is the vision presented in the writings of our prophets.\n\nEarly Christianity \"transmogrified\" the mission of messiah into a \"messiah\" who saves us from our sins.\n\nThere is no (I repeat NO) concept of this anywhere in the scriptures.  With God\'s help, we must make atonement for our sins through contrition, repentance, restitution, etc.\n\nGod does not \"save\" us from our sins and messiah certainly does not save us from our sins.\n\nUnlike Christianity, Jews do not believe we are all \"sinners.\"  In the Hebrew Bible, \"sinners\" were especially wicked and evil people like the Nazis for instance and Hamas and Islamic murderers, etc.  \n\n\"Now the men of Sodom were wicked exceedingly and sinners against the LORD.\" (Gen chapter. 13)\n\n\"How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers!\"\n\nAnyone that hates Israel, who wants to see Israel destroyed, is a sinner. AddReply(411413,"Dean #153: It\'s not as if I\'ve not read your NT","Steve","","03/11/09","I have read it.  Cover to cover, with few exceptions.  When I visited yeshiva for a couple of weeks in Jerusalem several years back, I sat in on a class on the NT.  The rabbi was very learned in the Christian bible.  It is not as if Jews and rabbis have not studied these writings.  We have.   It is on THIS basis, our reading of the Christian bible, that we reject the Christian bible as prophecy or as any kind of a code of conduct for living.  \n\nYet not everything is wrong or untrue in the Christian bible but neither is everything untrue and wrong in Hitler\'s Mein Kampf -- not to directly compare the two.\n\nThe point is Dean, there are idolatrous teachings and ideas in the NT, especially in Paul\'s letters (Paul\'s gospel) to the gentiles.  Paul was an especially pernicious and renegade Jew.  We\'ve had many down through the centuries.  More than anyone else, Paul sowed the seeds of Jew-hatred in the Christian bible -- the Jews killed Paul\'s god and persecuted his followers -- perhaps followed by the writer John (who pitted Jesus against \"the Jews\") and then there is Matthew with his infamous \"let his blood be on our heads...\" quotation, found in no other book in the NT.\n\nSuffice it to say, the Christian bible is not a reliable document.  The gospels are full of inconsistencies and contradictions.  Scholars believe that scribes and early church fathers tampered with, even altered these texts.  I believe they did this.  All you have to do is read it.  Many places you will find on the side bar, \"Not found in the older manuscripts.\"  In other words, your texts have been altered.  Jewish scribes were meticulous; not so Christian scribes and monks.  That is why scholars examine the Christian bible and not the Hebrew Bible for inconsistencies.\n\nYou have a faulty document to begin with, not to mention, a document  full of false and pernicious ideas.\n\nTHIS is why the prophet wrote: \"To the law (Torah) and to the testimony; unless they speak according to this word, it is because they have no dawn (or light).\n\nWhy do you think so many Christians come to sites like Tamar\'s.  They are hungry for light and for truth.  They are NOT getting this light and truth in the Christian church because Christianity is bankrupt.  It has been from its inception. I expect leftists like Clinton and Obama to seek to appease our enemies.  I do not expect this from self-professed Christian conservatives like Bush.\n\nJoseph Farah\'s World Net Daily (WND) is one of the premier conservative Christian web-sites.  Farah claims to be a pro-Israel Christian who swore he would never endorse or support George W. Bush.  Yet Farah did endorse Bush in his 2004 re-election bid, even after Bush declared war on Israel and on the land of Israel; after the 9/11 Muslim terror atrocities.\n\nOne of WND\'s reporters, Paul Sperry wrote \"Crude Politics: How Bush\'s Oil Crony\'s Hijacked The War On Terrorism.\"  Sperry paints a grim picture of a low-life traitor in George W. These ties with our Saudi enemies are sordid and extensive.  There are several that have written about the Bush family\'s ties with America\'s enemies.\n\nYet Christian conservatives loved this traitor; this enemy of the God of Israel.  Why?  Bush said he was a \"born again\" Christian.  Christians embraced him as a brother in faith even though he is a traitor and an enemy of the God of Israel.   I firmly believe the Almighty gave this nation into the hands of President B. Over the years, my approach (for the sake of discussion) is to go with the Christian view, that these passages indeed speak about this \"suffering servant\" called Jesus.  But what do they say?  None (not one) of these passages state that this man will fulfill the requirements of messiah or that he will be messiah some two millenia back. \n\nThe prophet, Zechariah wrote of a man that had wounds between his hands; he was wounded in the house of his friends.  \n\nSo?\n\nIf a Jew is to embrace the Christian bible -- the so-called \'new covenant\' -- this means we must reject God\'s commandments as a requirement for our justification or righteousness (Deu 6:24-25) because Paul wrote that a man is justified by simple belief in Jesus and not through keeping God\'s commandments (the Torah) or by means of any kind obedience to God.\n\nAny fugitive or rebel could have penned what Paul penned.  He wrote: \"For by grace you have been saved through faith (i.e., simple belief in Jesus)...not as the result of works (Paul\'s pejorative for obedience to God\'s commandments) that no one should boast.\"  \"For you are not under the law but under grace.\"  In other words, God changed.  Only God told the prophet, \"For I the LORD do not change....\"\n\nThen there is the notion of vicarious or substitutionary atonement -- the Christian doctrine which states that Jesus died as a propitiation, or substitute, for sinners -- which Jews do not believe; much less in human sacrifice; something condemned in the law and the prophets.  \n\nWhat do we do with all these alterations in the NT?  Things like marriage, divorce, Sabbath, diet, etc., were altered or done away with entirely in the Christian Bible.  Again, are we to assume God changed?  Jews would have to throw out a good part of God\'s law.\n\nSo what are to Jews to make of this?  Shall we reject our God and His commandments for what is offered in the Christian bible?  For simple belief in Jesus and his vicarious sacrifice?\n\nNow that I have answered your question, will you answer my questions?\n\n");

How insecure is peres that he needs the adulation of goyeem by inviting. Peres invited the spiritually unclean, who is barraging Jews with their lies deceptions and then conversions.  WHY?\n\nLike the arabs and the pharaoh during the plaques, the children of edom, the xtians today still refuse to accept the Jews as GDs chosen favorite nation, inspite of all the miracles performed for the JEWS ,inspite of their acknowledgement of the revelation, the giving of Torah at Mt Sinai, inspite of Israel having survived the xtians persecutions and attempted anniliation of Judaism, the xtians still want to rewrite and interprete\n\n OUR TORAH FROM OUR HEBREW THAT HAS BEEN UNCHANGED,NOT A LETTER FOR 3500 YEARS. Going tit for tat, verses vs. verse is nonsense.\nISRAEL HAS AN UNBROKEN CHAIN OF WRITINGS AND BELIEF.\nFROM  FATHER TO SON. \n\nWe have a truth and historical facts from archeology, FROM UNALTERED SCRIPTURES 2000 YEARS OLD.\n\nThey have a rewrite every few years still arguing where was this supposed man buried here or there or over there where its most likely he walked or that other place where the romans usually take their prisoners to him had to have said those things because he was a rabbi.\n\n THERE IS STILLNO EVEIDENCE HE EVEN EXISTED.\nTHATS A BLIND FAITH.FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES MAYBE?\n\nAH HAH !  They acknowledge he was a rabbi therefore his supposed speeches were based on Judaism that he and after him altered from the original Hebrew.\n\nTheir mangod is based on no witnesses, no writings except HE MUSTVE SAID THIS by his followers 100 years later and how many versions of what he must’ve said. So tell  me what was it he must’ve said if the other gospels don’t agree with your version of what he must’ve said.\n\nAm I off on a tangent? \nTell me the difference between\n muslims yelling allah akbar with\nxtians that yell convert or die in the name of jeus?\n\nTo go back in a uturn, they go against the word of GD\nOur prophets have told us their outcome in the end. They will perish except for the few righteous that follow the Noahide laws.\n\nThey will not and cannot be accepted At the MOUNTAIN OF GD carrying crosses around their necks or in the hearts. That is contrary to G’Ds laws.\n\nToday we have a separation of church and state.If we in America didn’t have this law, the xtians would still be saying convert or die in the name of jeus, so the xtians today do it in a more sophisticated way. \n\nThe xtians proselytize door to door, street corner to street corner, literature, videos putting in care packages to Israel and throughout the world.\n\n Every penny they donate has attachments like the virus on your computer when you open up the spam you get infected. The xtians have NO RESPECT FOR JEWS as long as they get ‘one’ they disregard their families pain and suffering.\n\nWhen a non Jew converts to Judaism, they must break off all contacts with their family who becomes their former family. No relationship with even their immediate family, who at the moment of completed conversion becomes their former family non existent.\n\nIf the conversion is done properly, They have a new soul accepted in the heavens as a JEW. If the conversion is don’t by reform or conservative, the heavens do not know any attachment to the NATION OF ISRAEL.\n\nPersonally I attest to this story, A relative came to USA from Israel.A package was sent from Israel to them here in America. The package arrived opened and resealed, inside was in Hebrew, jeus literature and a cross stuffed in the package. Isolated incident? Sure, everything is an isolated incident if you like.I like to add to that…The package was addressed from Rabbi so and so to Rabbi so and so. \nI think so far I said plenty and I have a lot more to say. If this column continues and  Mrs Tamar Yonah lets it happen, I’ll say it on part3 or else also in my blog.\n\nJews should be cordial with non Jews, and that’s the limit…A SIMPLE CORDIAL RESPECT,AND NO OTHER ASSOCIATION, NEVER TO MIX IN YOUR HOME TO CONFUSE YOUR CHILDREN.\nIt would be the same thing as teaching the children not to lie, but when someone calls you, you tell your child to tell them you are not home..so how is that teaching not to lie..\nBy the way, if you visit my blog for the rest of the story, it is linked to return you right back to Tamar Yonahs blog.\n\nThanks\nDACON9\nwww.jewswithviews.com\n\nincidently Steve, ask you Rabbi how many generations does it take for a convert to purge themselfs completely from their old ways? AddReply(410020,"STEVE, THE FOLLOWING IS PART 1","","..............DACON9","03/08/09","Steve you ‘seem’ to know ‘some’ history. Your argument is that G’D loves everybody from A to Z regardless of the evil they do. You didn’t mention from the book of Yonah\nthat G”D said they have to CHANGE their evil ways otherwise the city will be destroyed.\n\nThey did their repentance, they gave up their idols and walked IN THE WAY OF G’D , ONLY THEN DID G’D Take away the threat to destroy the city and the city did survive.\nThat is the point you failed to mention, intentionally ,unintentionally, this is the problem with supposedly learning any Torah in a chat room especially Arutz Sheva section ‘called torah for the nations, which is  a compete distortion of Judaism and a fishing ground for missionaries. Back to the subject.\n\nSo it is true that G”D loves everyone  but “HE” deals with their actions as Judaism is based on rewards  and punishments .If the deeds are not up to par falling within the parameters of Torah for the Jews And within the parameters of the designated laws for the goyeem, the Noahide laws\n\n, G”D gives warnings and if the people fail to heed those warnings, Hashem takes actions. The people that defy Hashem by converting Jews are WORSE THAN THE PEOPLE OF NINVEH. The people of Ninveh were the physical enemies of the Jews, they did not try to convert the Jews where as the xtians attempt  to spiritually kill THROUGH THE ACT OF CONVERSION. \n\nIt says in the Chumash that if someone tries to seduce a Jews away from Hashem , you are forbidden to have any mercy on that person or the city  and that person  or city should be annialated and everything in that city also must be burned.’’IR HA NEEDACHAT’’.\nA CITY THAT HAS PUSHED PEOPLE AWAY FROM G’D .\n\nG’D DOESN’T TOLERATE anyone tampering with ‘HIS’ TORAH. It says in the Gemara, the Chumash and the Talmud that a spiritual enemy is worse then the physical enemy. The xtians that try to be friendly with the Jews is likened to the snake that was friendly with ‘EVE’ AND BROUGHT DESTRUCTION TO THE WORLD.\n\nThe xtian doctrine to seduce Jews to convert and ‘’be perfected’ I include jews4j who are not Jews by xtians are the primeval serpent. These kinds of people prey on theJews that are searching for the path to Hashem instead lead these Jews to the path of destruction.\n\nThe prophet Yonah would disagree with you as he went to tell the people to serve G”D, to through away their idols and they did. If they did not throw away the idols they would have been destroyed. \n\nYes its correct that G”D Has compassion for his creatures and Yoha went out to warn them and if they still went against G”Ds will, then G’d would have no choice  and they would have been obliterate.\n\nThe Talmud says that when the Egyptians were drowning at the red sea the angels wanted to sing praises to GD that the Egyptians were drowning and ‘HE’ saved the Jews.GD said to the angels ‘’HOW CAN YOU SING SONGS OF PRAISES TO ME WHEN MY CREATURES ARE DROWNING. ‘GD’ loved his creatures but they were warned by the plagues and they didn’t listen ,they were so evil that they had to be destroyed..\n\nPOINT HERE: GD could’ve destroyed the Egyptians  with the first plague but in GDs mercy he gave them numerous warnings and you should know that it was 10 plagues but each plagues had many sub divisions to that particular plague.\n\nMOSES AND AHARON WARNED THE PHAROAH THAT THEIR G’D WANTS THEM, THE JEWS, TO SERVE ‘HIM’ and pharaoh dismissed Moses and Aharon so therefore the Eyptians were punished. This section, other points,  has many more deeper explanations such as his heart was hardened by Hashem, but you need to go to a Torah Orthodox Rabbi to get the full story.\n\nThe Egyptians still didn’t get the message that ISRAEL IS MY FIRST BORN AND I WILL NEVER ABANDONE MY FIRST BORN CHILD’, EVEN AFTER THE 10 PLAGUES. \n\nThis is the same as the xtians edom up until today., they don’t get that message either.\nPART 2 COMING\nDACON9\njewswithviews@gmail.com\nwww.jewswithviews.com\n");

I learned a lot about religious sentiment outside of  Christianity through this little letter writing session.I had no idea that Jews have such varied sentiment across their ranks.  They are as varied as Christians in their beliefs.  There are many Christian churches I would never enter because of their beliefs.  I guess that must be true about you also. The jews in Iran - now get this - despise Israel, that is why, although they live almost next door (?), they all voted for OBAMA. There it is. The secret finally revealed. The jews in Iran voted for OBAMA, starting with Ahmadinejad. He is a jew, you know, be it an apostate. All the other jews, worldwide, also voted for OBAMA! Heck, I voted for OBAMA. I did not vote for McCain. Absolutely not. However, I did not know that that had one thing to do with hating Israel. I do not hate Israel. Some of my best friends are Israeli. I do not even mind Tamar - by the way did SHE vote for OBAMA? Dean, buddy, read your bible. You are spiritually blind, either that, or you can not see (or read). I am almost certain that you can not hear!! Jesus said: *Let him who is without sin cast the first stone*.. I think he might also have said, there is none without sin. It is just that Paul messed that whole message up, by stating, *it does not matter, the law is no longer valid*. Of course, he was talking back to Jesus there, yes: backtalk!! and telling him he knew better. Because Jesus had already said that not a jot or tittle of the law would pass. Paul was too much under the influence of the Romans. A dangerous thing, Even today. Just like Dean, he was telling a jew, and a Rabbi at that, that he had it all wrong! He, Paul, knew better. Yeah, Dean, but Paul did not have your bible. All you need to do is read it, and hear the message. Other than that,.... one more thing, Dean...YOU decided to rub shoulders with *jews*, whatever for? Had they invited you, or did you just come unannounced and uninvited to tell them a thing or two? And they acted like they had no idea who you were and why you acted so indescribably impertinent and boorish in another\'s house of worship? Started talking to people you did not even know, giving them YOUR OPINION and demanding an answer?  Man!! But, thank you for telling us all that. I would tell YOU a thing or two, but Dean, I am just too nice a jewish girl. Have a nice day and sleep well. ");

Stupid and indifferent (or hostile) are not the same thing.  I find Americans are generally indifferent to political leaders doing exceptionally immoral, even evil things; leaders like George W. Bush and his foreign policy  was exceptionally flawed, even evil.  Yet the vast majority of conservatives and Republican leaders supported his immoral foreign policy, to their discredit. \n\nAfter 9/11, Bush said \"you are either with us or you are with the (enemy)... We will make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who habour them...And we will pursue nations that provide aid or safe haven to terrorism.  Every nation, in every region, now has a decision to make. Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists.  From this day forward, any nation that continues to harbor or support terrorism will be regarded by the United States as a hostile regime.....\"\n\nBush said this and then proceeded to do the opposite.  Bush counted as friends and allies - he even paid - state sponsors of terrorism; state sponsors of terror who harbor and support Islamic terrorists; state sponsors and regimes like Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and the Palestinian Authority.  In other words, Mr. Bush lied to the American people.  He lied about the enemy - assuring us, Islam is peace - and counted our enemies as friends.  He gave aid and comfort to our enemies.  This is a traitor Rob.  I\'m sorry if you don\'t like me calling a traitor a traitor. \n\nAmericans are generally intelligent and educated by world standards.  Americans are  pretty well informed. I would love to give you just five or ten minutes debating Mary.  Maybe Tamar can host you and Mary on her program for ten minutes or so.  I would enjoy the exchange. I will also try to be concise.\n\nJewish history and experience is on your side.  The history of the Jews dispersed throughout Christendom has been one of persecution, blood libel, violence, murder, accusations of ritual murder, inquisitions, crusades and pogroms, ultimately leading to the Holocaust, which found nourishment in historic Christianity and church teaching from the pulpit, you are correct.\n\nYou said I defended proselytizing.  I wrote nothing in defense of proselytizing.  If I did I would appreciate a citation from you.  There is no justification for Christian proselytizing of Jews.  Most Jews rightly view proselytizing as an act of aggression.\n\nWhen I wrote, they \"seem\" to accept me for who and what I am, you are correct, I did indeed write, they \"seem\" deliberately.  I have asked some of these people and they tell me quite plainly, it is not for them to judge the disposition of my soul or of any person\'s; this is God\'s purview.  There are also Christians who believe God judges us according to our behavior - our deeds, whether good or bad - contrary to the ruminations of Paul in the NT.\n\nBeyond this Dacon may I ask you the following question?  There were Christians, who for whatever reason - at the risk of their lives - saved Jews from the Nazis.  There were those that saved Jews \"plus nothing\" to my knowledge.  Not plus conversion.  Not plus Jesus.  They simply felt obligated to save Jews from murderers.\n\nDo you condemn these Christians also?\n\nRemember Dacon, God asked the prophet:  “Should I not have compassion on Nineveh, the great city in which there are more than 120,000 persons who do not know the difference between their right and left hand, as well as many animals?”\n\nThese were not Christians Dacon.  These were Israel\'s mortal enemies.  Nineveh was a mortal enemy of the Jews. I believe Orthodox Judaism is authentic or authoritative Judaism because - by and large - Orthodox Jews strive to keep God\'s commandments; the Sabbath for instance, the sign of our covenant.  \n\nI would recommend an Orthodox conversion to anyone contemplating conversion because a good Orthodox rabbi will look for a commitment from the prospective convert.  He will ascertain the person is converting for the right reason(s) and not for something like romance or marriage (solely) for instance.\n\nOrthodox conversions are recognized by both Reform and Conservative, though Conservative and Reform conversions are not recognized as valid conversions by Orthodox rabbis.   My thinking on your cheeseburger issue is entirely my own viewpoint.  I do not speak for Judaism by any means.  The idea of not mixing meat and dairy products was derived from the commandment to not \"boil a kid in its own mother\'s milk.\"  I take this commandment to be one of several dealing with compassion toward animals in the Torah.  King Solomon wrote, \"A righteous man has regard (or compassion) for the life of his beast; but the tender mercies of wicked are cruel.\"  There are many moral and ethical commandments in the Torah.  It seems to me, compassion toward our mute friends is of a moral and ethical nature.\n\nBecause I do not eat cheeseburgers, it is not an issue for me, though I am by no means perfect; not nearly.\n\nBecause a convert thinks he or she cannot be perfect enough in their observance seems to not be a reasonable justification for not converting if one desires to be a Jew.  Again I only speak for myself.  I would say to you or to anyone, do the best you can.  Everyone makes mistakes.  No one is perfect.  A commitment to try to keep the Sabbath even if one fails to keep it perfectly, it seems to me is basic.  Only to the Orthodox is the Sabbath central; with exceptions of course for exigencies, emergencies, etc.");

AddReply(408878,"Rob #92: Your message is loud and clear.","Steve","","03/05/09","Rob, you bring up several points.  Let me address your last point first.  I fully intend to immigrate to Israel, the sooner the better.  Though America has been a very good temporary home for me and my family, I have no desire to remain any longer than I have to.  I became active here in our local Republican party some years back -- I am a thirty eight year registered (conservative) Republican.  I fought better than eight years for our core conservative principles and values.  I fought for our  (shared) \"Judeo-Christian\" values.  I fought a losing battle as you can see from the most recent elections.  I warned Republicans, should President Bush seek to divide God\'s land, God would likely judge America.  Republicans did not want to hear it.  The Christian officers in our party sought removal for criticizing Bush\'s anti-Israel polices.  So be it.  For me, the battle is now in Israel.  I will leave it to you and other American patriots to fight for what remains of this great nation.\n\nOver the years, I have known people -- that were born of a Jewish father and a non-Jewish mother -- who very much identified with Jews and with Israel.  I am not in the business of judging souls.  For all I know, these people were born with a Jewish soul (like Ruth in our Bible) and all they needed was a formal Orthodox conversion in order to satisfy the  \'halakhic\' requirement.  Maybe I am mis-reading you.  What I am reading is, this is not your situation.  You see Israel more as a threat; perhaps an enemy.\n\nNor do you need to remind me of the capacity of America (as you say) to \"level down\" other nations.  We have seen this time and time again; most clearly in the second world war which was total war / unconditional surrender; the firebombings of Germany and Japan in retaliation for German and Japanese atrocities.  We saw the nuclear bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Over the years, I have read letters to the editor from angry Americans -- on the day commemorating the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor by Imperial Japan.  Would that Americans were as bitter toward Islam or toward much of the Muslim world for the 9/11 surprise attacks which were far worse than Pearl Harbor.  But Americans are not angry at the Muslim world.  \n\nMany American Christians believe America will never turn against Israel because America is a nation under God.  Christians and Christian ministers who interpret prophecy claim that the enemy nation to Israel\'s north which the prophets wrote about in the \"later days\" is Russia -- Ezek. chapter 38 and 39 for instance.  I\'m not so sure it is not America.  America is also to Israel\'s north.  Moses wrote that God would bring a nation \"against you from afar, from the end of the earth, as the EAGLE (emphasis mine) swoops down, a nation whose language you shall not understand, a nation of fierce countenance who shall have no respect for the old, nor show favor to the young.\"  Daniel wrote of a kingdom (a world empire?) which will be different from all other kingdoms, \"and it will devour the whole earth and crush it.\"  It will devour, crush and (as you say) \"trample down\" the remainder with its feet.  I have long believed this may be the U.S.  We\'ll see.  \n\nIf it is the U.S., from what I am reading, you will join in and be a part of this effort to destroy God\'s people and you are warning me.  Am I wrong?");

Something inside me prevents me from doing so. I would feel that I were not speaking the truth.  When I say \'yes\', I feel that I would create the wrong impression to the person with whom I speak.  Thus, I say, \'I am not formally Jewish\'. Then of (understandably) some people go on and on, asking me personal questions, usually out of \'curiosity\', but for me I have lived through too much to \'answer, explain what I feel is accurate, and how that would possible have come about\', and in order to be clear it would take some time. then, people would tend to treat me as if \'I would have a problem\', \'case remains un-identied\', or so. Also it is not always wise to keep \'re-playing\' ones path which led to Judaism, since there are some who would tend to put \'labels\' on me to which I could not \'respond\' (and, don\'t always \'have to\'). An Orthodox Jew in Israel advised me about this, too\n\nOnce in Shul, when I was asked \'are you Jewish\', I said something like, \'people ask me this, but when I have to tell about my history and about my life all the time I would become tired, thus, as much as I would want to answer your question, I prefer to be silent\'. \nThis person may not have been pleaased with my answer. I gave her my music card (I sing Yiddish and Ladino Songs), adding: \'if you listen to my music, then maybe you would understand that I feel Jewish\'.\nNext, I felt that she ignored and sabotaged me a little. When I came in, there was only one place left, next to her. I did not think anything, maybe anticipated to be able to talk with her later on, and I sat down. She apparently refused to sit next to me, because she suddenly stood up, went to the other side of the long table at which we all sat, and then she sat down in an open space next to someone else at the end of the big table. Maybe he was a Rabbi. She did this in public, thus it could give everyone the impression, that she did not want to sit next to me. (But no-one seemed to be \'impressed\', neither was I by the way, although it did offend me). It can also be, that she thought: \'maybe someone else will come in, I will move beforehand\'. I could have asked her why she had done this, but I felt \'hurt\'.\nAfter many \'misunderstandings\' in my life \'though\', I arrived at some phase where I just go on, pray, don\'t have too many negative feelings. I started to ignore her, without being \'negative\', instead of trying to communicate with her, (which I had done, also afterwards).\nI was not angry at her, but I did not respond to \'this\'. Now, she seems to \'observe me\' in a loving way. When I walk, speak, but she does not make contact, it is as if there is some \'taboo\' about \'speaking with each other\'\n\nI do not often attend the Synagogue service, but when I do, it is intense to me and very personal. I do not \'investigate insensitivities\', and have no \'judgement\' concerning what I described. One reason: she may have been \'confused\'. But I do not have to try to have contact and be \'someone I\'m not\', although \'this\' might not fit \'her description\'. I cannot behave to according to what she might maintain as \'expected behavior patterns\'. (to every \'doll\' there is a \'dress\'..). That would frustrate me, and thus everyone else. I also do not feel that I go to \'someone else\'s synagogue\'\n\nI don\'t feel like a \'Noahide\', but when I listen to Noahide broadcasting, this sounds just allright to me, and I\'m sometimes impressed with \'what they come up with\'. Much and advanced torah-knowledge, applied well and in an insightful, and most important to me, intrinsic way.  But to Noahides there may be either Jews, non Jews meaning Noahides (or people from the Ten Tribes. See www.britam.org, and the Website on Proper Speech is Chofetz Chaim).\nAny \'addition\' to the Noahide view (I have become reserved), could be perceived as \'problematic\'(?) and that is just not, \'what it is\'. Some people seem to have given me the impression, that my background, my \'path\', and my feelings \'problematic\'. Thus I became \'quiet\', and now I am expressing this on Tamar\'s Weblog. \n\nI was once told by a person who is involved with Noahides, that \'feelings are not important\',  (\'I feel Jewish\', that statement was out of the question. \'One is either this, or that, I\'m busy with something important\', was how his message felt to me). \nHe didn\'t even seem to be interested in my resistance background, which, here to me can cause a variety of communication problems with people. It is also about \'family codes\', which exist. \n\nTamar, to have posted my previous letter on your Website was already \'something\' for me. I wrote \'all this down\', but then really hesitated if I should put it on your Blog. \nI have a blog, but I consider that to be more \'private\', since it is on a the Website owned by a Rabbi, where one has to log in, first.\nIf I would have something \'inspiring\' to contribute, on INR, then I might consider this but I wonder, \'why would Noahide Nations want to \'interview\' me?\' And I would only want to contribute something \'inspiring\'.\n\nWoman from resistance background (about she never spoke until she got in touch with some family members), left the church, started singing Yiddish, and she feels Jewish, \'interesting\'..\n\'And that in the Netherlands, where the clogs have become a rarity. That may be because the tourists aren\'t that interested any longer in buying clogs, tourists nowadays take their laptops with them and don\'t have so much time for shopping and sight-seeing\' (this is a joke)\n\nThe lovely Shul, is full of wisdom, good and sometimes \'subtle\' humor, communication, compassion. It is actually such a lovely \'letter\'. This is difficult to put into a few words. The spelling-mistakes in the letter are that of an innocent child.\nAn old lady has difficulty to ascend the stairs in order to pray. She doesn\'t complain, or ask for help. Silently and slowly she goes up, one step, then another step. I happen to see it \'of course\'. I want to go behind her, then someone goes behind her, in case she falls. During the prayers we all watch if she is doing all-right.\nVisitors sit alone at one side of the table. They only speak French. I get up and speak to them in their language, asking them if they want some more food or drink. I see thankful looks. The family, looking like simple people,  proudly explains, that their son studies in Holland, they are on a visit.  Someone prays aloud from the Siddur, and sometimes gives me \'asking looks\'. I instinctively \'nodd\' (\'yes\'). He needs to know from \'me\', if he is \'doing it well\'. I land in the Sukkah during Sukkot, although I thought that there were a prayer service. The prayer service had been a very short one on that day.  People seemed to be too busy to come a meeting after the prayer service, in the Sukkah.  I was the only woman left then. I also had \'opinions\' about what was being \'discussed\', and carefully listened to. \n\nI don\'t want to get into \'I feel Jewish\', as a \'problem\', but I wonder if there are people who read this, and they would have similar experiences and thus it might be relevant. And also Tamar gets accurate answers from Lucy, so that she might consider this.\nMy \'point\' is more that of \'listening to feelings of others\'.  \nWhen there is a problem, then men want to \'solve it\'. Women want to first express their feelings about the problem. To them, this is an important part of \'solving problems\'. The Shekhinah is compared to a mother. Maybe there is a mother who \'listens\', and who wants people to \'listen\', before being able to \'solve problems\'\nMaybe \'feelings\' of all different kinds cannot be easily but into a \'box\'. There are other \'problems\', but, on the other hand, many problems could be solved by understanding other people\'s feelings, and in listening to this, one can try to \'decipher\' where different feelings came from.  \nDean, taken aback somewhere, you seem to express a feeling, maybe a need for \'uprightness\', and \'justice\'. Also, it could be that he comes from assimilated Jews.  Some assimilated Jews may feel a need to \'correct\' what maybe some of their ancestors \'did not do\', for example, exactly standing in the gap for other Jews, before it is too late. But, he might not know how to do this in the right way. \n\'And-or\', some may descend from assimilated Jews, who became assimilated because of gentile persecution.  Some were assimilated because of intermarriage, but, there are differences concerning \'how this came about\'. Their ancestry might \'start to speak up\'. Listen carefully, and there is not one \'case\' like the other\'. \n\nI heard this yesterday from a (lovely, although very assertive) Indonesian woman. I mention \'Indonesian\', because she did connecting me with her \'Indonesian identity\', although I thought it was somewhat out of balance. She meant well. \nShe had returned from a holiday, felt a little confused, tired, (I was tired too but not that \'confused\'),  She added. \'the weather was nice, and I have a tan\'. I joked a little and said \'but you already have a tan\'. We talked, and then she suddenly said, out of the blue, \'you are special, so lovely. You are gloomy. I felt a bit embarrassed, thanked for her compliment. \nShe asked, \'what is your name again\', then added, \'And your name is Indonesian\'. She seemed to feel the need to touch me in a \'protective way\', later putting her hand on my back, \'see you, Lucy\'..(I also thought, wait until you see me \'on the job\'..) I said, that my name is not necessarily Indonesian, she agreed. She had said this, about my name being \'Indonesian\', because there seem to be many Indonesians with my name. \nI must admit that I \'got the creeps\', later on. I felt some unbalanced Indonesian \'claim on me and on my name\'. (\'name it, and claim it\'), although she probably didn\'t mean it that way.\nI do not want to offend her. Also, her words may have \'helped\' me to understand something.\nAn aunt of mine is Indonesian, and I started to wonder...She was my mother\'s neighbor and a friend of my mother. My mother had once given her explanation of how she gave me my name. According to her, it did have something to do with \'light\', having to the month in which I was born (She did not really give a \'Christian explanation\', but I won\'t say what she said).\n\nMy name seems to have been \'given to me\' by my granddad (who died in 1945). One of his last words were: \'tomorrow you will have light\'.\n(when I was born, my mother most problably did not know anything about \'this\', and she probaby still doesn\'t)\nI am drawn to colors, light, and to the Torah, which when handled with care and respect, is Light\n\n\'Non-Israelite nations\' in general also tend to stick to their identity, which is in their good right. Indonesians here have become \'Dutch\', but many maintain a strong Indonesian feeling, which may also be for a purpose.  Maybe it is thus; \'overseas contries\' were partially expoited when colonized. I say partially, because everywhere where people were colonized, also much good was brought, so that everyone could have a better life. Yet, some discrimination in a \'personal way\' also went on, some people were also mistreated without any cause. \n(In Indonesia the majority of people seems to be Muslims. Can it be that if there were a Noahide Movement (and \'Internet\') earlier, then more people from non-Western countries would have felt that they had something to do with it?\n\nLight goes where it wants\', people cannot \'keep it\'. Light is not \'someone\'s possession\', In a way it is \'intangible\'. But \'light helps us to \'discern\'. \n\nI know that the Kabballah says something about \'shattering of vessels\' but I still didn\'t really understand everything. It seems that light has to be contained in (the right) place, the \'vessel\', and that the \'vessel broke\' and the light went to where it was not supposed to go. Please correct when I\'m wrong, the Kabbalah is very holy and has to be respected as such.\nWhat I can think of is how the light could be brought back in the vessel; a way to bring light back to the vessel is when there is a big \'wall\' (maybe round if the vessel would be round), which catches all the escaped light. This \'wall\' can become smaller and smaller, until it attaches itself to the original vessel. Thus the light has no escape, once driven to the vessel it has to get back in the vessel.\n\nThe \'wall\' has to be constructed, and this means that every \'stone\' has a proper place. The \'stones\' can also be translated to \'people who grow in Torah knowledge\'. Every individual which is taking part of this \'wall\', will find its \'place\', and is happy with it. Thus increase of real knowlegde, self-respect, respect and acceptance of others, and self-acceptance, as well\n\n(\'can I send this? If I don\'t, I might withhold something, thus I shall post this\')\n\nP.s., Tamar, when you go to the studio, don\'t forget that Rabbi Tovia may need a smile, and you are also his \'little light\', so if he starts to turn on some music, then try to turn to a quiet mode although don\'t get into \'blackmail\'..\'once I turn on the music, she will get quiet\'\n(this was a joke)\n\nMay the lovely team of Arutz Sheva keep broadcasting and with ever more insight, to be a light to so many, and to Israel\n\nWith love and prayers to everyone mentioned (and not mentioned), and all the lovely people who read this\n\nAm Yisrael Chay");

So, are you saying that you want to *exterminate* all terrorists? May I ask how you would go about that, and do that without losing any goodwill left in this world? I believe, that as of now, muslims hold the larger percentage of any faith/population. There might be some, however, who share your incentives. I could think of those who, for example, want to *exterminate* Osama bin Laden. How would you go about finding him and doing that? Apart from that, my idea of being a jew is that we serve justice, use legal means, courts, discussion, brain and not brawn. There are flaws in the *reasoning* of the opponent. They are a cult. The *psychology* they apply is old and well-known. They indoctrinate and what is needed is *deprogramming*, not extermination. Example: Hamas shoots off missiles from Gaza, 120 or so since the last IDF operation and ceasefire thereafter. They declared victory, when they were busted, yet they use that same *victory* to loudly complain about the injustice done to them. It is an old trick. Figuratively they stick out their legs, again, and again, making one stumble. If there is retaliation they yell: *see, see, what he/they, did*, *now, now, now, he/she attacked me*. Or, if one is tripped up and falls on the precious china, it is: *see, see, what this person did, without any reason he broke all the precious china*. If you complain that he keeps sticking out his leg to make you stumble, he yells: *well, yes, but you HAVE to understand, my leg was stiff and hurting*. Shorthand for these kinds of *operations* is: *see what he did*, or alternatively: *see what he MADE me do*. It is described in a 1960\'s paperback by Dr Eric Berne, titled: *Games People Play*, and another one, titled *transactional analysis*. It is as old as the world and we need to see through it and hit them over the head with the proper responses. Doing what you propose, Mikey, will give them more ammunition to justify continuing their *fun and games*. They will continue to be the poor victim for whom the whole world feels pity. There is a dutch saying:  *Klagers geen nood, en pochers geen brood* - meaning complainers lack nothing and those who brag have no bread to eat. I respect your point of view, but I have another point of view, and I have offered it here, elsewhere and earlier. That is not to say that I am right, it is just another viewpoint, and a third, or fourth viewpoint may be necessary. What is NOT working, and you and I probably agree on that, is remaining in the same old 60  year long groove, which is a losing proposition. The *roadmap*, similarly, is a losing proposition. A two-state solution is a losing proposition, because there are already four entities, Hezbullah, Jordan, (Hamas) Gaza, and the PA and no unity or government between them. A new Palestinian *State* would just be a fifth entity. Two separate states, within two separate nations, Jordan (PA?Lebanon) and Egypt (Gaza), as per the U.S. model, might work, or be a startingpoint for discussions. As for the government and practices in Israel, with which you do not agree, for that *extermination* is also not a good idea. Israelis voted them in. The Israeli system of elections does not have your, and some others\', approval. For that too, *extermination* is not a solution. Working to change the system would be a solution.");

He is called the Prince of the power of  the air as he resides in the 1st and 2nd heaven but was kicked out of the 3rd heaven.  We are told several times in the Scriptures Not to be deceived in the latter days because deception will be much greater then.  I was never associated with any Jews as a child growing up but later in life had a boss whose mother was.  He never practiced any laws or commamdments as I knew but am not judging him. It\'s so easy to judge others in this world. The One jealous G-d of Israel is the only source of truth I know of.  It bothers me to see  a person use an X in place of the word Christ. It causes the word christian to be as derogatory or equal to Islam under the Quran. The bible can\'t be carried to classrooms today and Christmas scenes are not allowed in fear of \'others\' feelings and against their beliefs. I do not claim to be a christian in groups anymore but I say I am a follower of Yessuah.  A person won\'t share their testimony with a stranger usually till they have confidence in them.  I have read so many contradictions that rabbi claim that I wonder how Jews can accept them al or pick and choose as the gentiles do.  All their churches have man made names and there is only one true church. A Jew is born of Jewish blood and will always be Jewish even when they accept the messiah as their Lord and redeemer. A gentile can join a Jewish congregation but that doesn\'t make them a Jew!  To be in the family of G-d or Hashem is more to be admonished. (Unfortunately  there are a few, but highly placed Jews, in Israel that do not support the little nation of Israel either.)  \n \nThe cause for this  phenomena is no doubt multifaceted.   I believe it’s manifestation is unique for each individual, with common threads that connect groups of people.  Here are some of my thoughts off the top of my head on the cause of non-support by Jewish people for the Nation of Israel.  These thoughts come from ME, not from a conversation with God, so these thought are fallible:\n•          Atheists would have difficulty denying God existed, if they honestly acknowledged the prophetic rebirth of the nation of Israel \n•          Individuals who are mired in sin and do not want to repent, would not enjoy being reminded of the impending judgment of God via the rebirth of the nation of Israel.\n•          Lack of knowledge of the Torah and/or history would result in individuals not being connected to Israel.\n•          False news stories perpetrated by the anti-Semitic media/education system/… also causes individuals to go against the Nation of Israel.   \n•          Some individuals maybe just tired of persecution and just want to blend in & get along.\n•          Some individuals maybe under occult/demonic  influence or control and are therefore fighting Israel and God’s chosen people.\n•          Some individuals maybe just so much into themselves, their families, their sports, their life, their work, … , that they are not interested in learning about, supporting, or fighting for anything that is not on their priority list.\n•          Some individuals may think that the Messiah needs to come, before they go back to Israel or support Israel.\n•          Some sold out for wealth, fame, power to the world forces which are coming against the Jewish Nation.\n•          …\nActually after re-looking at the above list, those same reasons explain the Goyim lack of support for Israel and God’s chosen people  too.\n \nI agree with you that we are heading into the End of Days. What does make a difference to that guy? Is it Islam? Ther world may not make a difference, but it appears to take note of the *Palliwood* demonstrations of Hamas, - term I picked up @ road90.com, which has a few interesting videos   comments - and antisemitism is rising, worldwide. Since the end of Operation Cast Lead 120 rockets have been fired into Southern Israel, also according to road90.com, and the world is silent. Today I saw a video on that same website, and the text surrounding that video plus the video itself, proclaim that Palestinians are born and raised to die. Their objectives are getting, getting, getting, whether it is international aid, money, streams of honey or 72 virgins, and if they have to die for it, especially if someone else has to die for it, like their own children, so be it. So, if that is the case, and I think it is, together with their beliefs that the whole world has to submit to Islam, I do not see where your military tactics would be getting us. Please, explain further. If Iran does not have nukes yet, Pakistan has them. There are many more dispensible muslims than there are jews. Making deep craters in Teheran, Iran, or elsewhere, serves nothing, except condemnation. It solves nothing. Palestinians carry a heavy burden, one of hatred, rage and vengeance. We do not need to take over their burden.They are mired in the mud and cement of the past, digging holes and tunnels in which they, themselves, will fall, ultimately. Let us keep our heads and hearts clear and cool. They are trying to psych us out, and in doing so, are psyching themselves out. I think some Asian self defense tactics might be more effective than the ones you propose. But, hey, I am just a lemming and that is my opinion. Take a good look @ the videos on road90.com. My husband and I travel to Israel almost every year to visit our best friends, Orthodox Jews, living in Jerusalem. We spend Shabbat at their home or the homes of friends and every family is different in their beliefs and depth of belief. One family has 4 sons and between them they run the whole gamut of belief. Believe it or not, Oklahoma City is quite the little hotbed of Jewish/Christian interaction so we have had the chance to meet and talk with many Jews. Dean you are so much like one of our best friends who, a few years ago, thought all Jews believe one way, acted one way, and all of them desired to support and eventually move to Israel. In the last couple of years he has come to learn that there are as many different types of Jews as there are Baptists and Methodists, and \"Interfaith\" churches. There are those who don\'t believe in Messiah, who aren\'t religious at all, those who are religious only on Pesach (Passover), those who are religious on most holidays, all the way up to the Ultra Orthodox. BUT...that does not change the fact that they are chosen of G-d to bring light to the world. AddReply(407960,"A Goy\'s View of Jews","Barry","Auckland, New Zealand","03/03/09","Hi Tamar\n\nHere is the view of a (Noahide) Goyim from New Zealand.\n\nJews in New Zealand probably constitute the same proportion as you do internationally, i.e. 0.25% I would guess. I cannot recall them having a “profile” in New Zealand as such – they are not known to live in certain cities or neighbourhoods as may be the case in New York or London for example. \n\nI was raised in an evangelical church called the Salvation Army – a church that I have great respect for as they put a great premium on helping people, proving their Christian faith through action, usually helping people at the bottom of society. The Jews were people that I heard about in the New Testament, but not in a way that engendered hatred or other negative emotions. \n\nI remember being about 8 years old when I heard another boy at school call somebody else a “Jew” when he was mad at them. I cannot recall using the term myself – I know that if I did my parents would have told me it wasn’t a nice thing to say.\n\nI became interested in Judaism to a degree as a teenager, mainly through the writings of Leon Uris (Exodus, Mila 18), but had no real contact with Jews. I was not particularly aware of people being Jewish, often I would discover that a business acquaintance was Jewish entirely by accident – they would have “anglicised” names. In other words, nothing “stuck out” about Jews.\n\nI live near the main synagogue in Auckland, New Zealand. I see the heavy security precautions that are required. When things get heavy in the Middle East (Lebanon II) suddenly the armed plain-clothes policeman start appearing. I walk home past the synagogue, and in winter usually say “hello” to the security guys outside. I remember during Lebanon II saying hello one evening and getting an intense stare from the person (probably a policeman rather than a synagogue member) and a reluctant “hello” as I passed. I was not angry at him at all, but rather that I had to be regarded as a threat rather than a friend. \n\nThe David Irving libel trial fired my interest in the Shoah, and I have read a lot about it since. I got to see a lot of hateful material on the Internet and wondered anew what fired people up to hate Jews. So I started trying to understand Tanakh better. In the course of doing that I came across the works of Tovia Singer, and the rest is history. Thusfar Arutz Sheva and other online communities are where I am receiving guidance as a Noahide, I have been a bit nervous about contacting the local rabbi. This is more my hangup rather than any perception that I can’t approach him. \n\nMy experience of Jews is entirely positive. Now the Prime Minister of New Zealand is half-Jewish (his mother just escaped the Shoah) maybe our foreign policy will start getting more realistic towards Israel. \n\nSo there you go – lots of Goy LOVE the Jews. You have connected me with Hashem, and driven me to study Tanakh.\n");
AddReply(407955,"Mrs","Lucy","Amsterdam","03/03/09","Some questions to think about  \nto love your neighbor as yourself might require some \'self-knowledge\'\nYou are not being made into a \'role model\' for every friend of Israel who does things wrong, now \'severly punished\', because you dared to express your critsizems.\nThis writing is about  \'differing scales\', \'good scales\', prejudices, \'communication\'\n\n* (\'on\' when some people say \'look, there goes..that is, so and so\'); \nif someone says that in a Synagogue then it may be meant differently than you perceived it. It can be a compliment of a spiritual nature, if the person who is spoken about, is really known to be someone who has performed good deeds, which resulted in an \'outward blessing\'. The outward is not really meant, being addressed then, but the good deeds which have a positive influence on the whole Community. In Judaism deeds are valued, not merely \'words\'. \nGiven the fact that Jews have always been and are in a \'minority\', also in the United States, to have contributed something positvie may be more valued, than it is in \'your environment\'.\nIn your environment, probably in a Church but also in society in general, when someone has contributed something, then this has another \'background\' to it. When there are 2000 \'trees\' then to make a \'building\' from 2000 trees is easier, than when there are \'20 trees\'. \nWhen there are \'20 trees\', someone who has carried two of them, is easier \'seen\'. \nThen the \'building\' is something very precious. Something, longed for, for centuries, even when one lives in the United States. thus, let \'so and so\' be appreciated, even if the words of appreciation may sound strange to you and unjust, outward-oriented. There are different aspects to it, which you may only understand if you would listen more closely.\nWhere does the pastor of a church sit, in the back of the church? (it would be quite an undertaking to walk to the front when he has to speak, of course it is a joke) \n* What do some Christians speak about when they are amongst themselves? (e.g.\'the dress of the pastor\'s wife\' a long conversation by Christians which I once heard). \n* what do you see on American t.v., whom do \'Americans\' \'look up to\', see as their \'role-models\' and/or, are being \'conditioned to see as role-models?  Is it people with a profession like that of a plumber, about whose lives people would want to know more? (maybe I\'m \'strange\', but, I would be interested) \n* when you had the choice between going to a synagogue or: dining with Arnold Shwarzenegger, what would you do, and why? \n * t.v., internet, media, information-age, models walking down red carpets, the best swimmer of the week, and so on, - wait. I do remember something nice from the American t.v. (which was nicer when I was a child)  * Did you watch the t.v. series called \'Roseanne\'? She is a rather fat looking lady who does not mind, saying what is on her mind and this usually comes out in a funny way. They are a family who do not live up to American middle-class standards. I think, that \'Roseanne\' is Jewish. Isn\'t she a lovely \'role-model\' of someone who identifies with less \'well to do\' Americans?  \n It could be that someone in your neighborhood of whom you think well, whether \'well-to-do\' or not, might be Jewish, but you don\'t know  Then a religious person might do good deeds \'in secret\', thus, also \'you\' would never find out, what this person is \'really about\'. Many Jews do good deeds in secret, so that other people will not compliment him or her. That is what you must realize also, when you would visit a Synagogue.\n\n* have you noticed that people, including you yourselves, can be influenced by outward appearances? For example, if someone dresses in a certain way, that can give some type of \'psychological impression.on people, whether they are aware of it, want it, or not.\nYou could try to test it, if you wanted to. Go to a public place where no-one knows you. First, in casual dress, preferably your hair not combed, not shaved, old shoes.  Then, looking very \'smart\', in the best outfit which you might have. I am almost sure that people would respond differently to you in both instances, probably without even being aware of this. \nWhen people in a synagogue seem to ignore you because you don\'t wear a yarmulke, then this can also be your impression. It can also be that \'they\' (those whom you met) did not live up to your expectations of getting in contact with you, because there may be a habit of not contacting newcomers in ways you expected. This may also include Jews who only visit this synagogue once. It can be entirely different in another synagogue. \n\n\n\n*Constructive criticism is clear, and it does not leave a vague negative feeling, but it is constructive, thus if you observe something and express this, then why didn\'t you balance your \'thoughts\' out with something positive about American Jews, possibly also including an answer concerning how to be able to change \'what you observed\'? * if trying to find answers to something which you \'saw\' was your real desire, then who has thought you to first be silent, then think, then \'speak\'?\n\n* Have you overlooked that \'the Bible\' says, that Israel is chosen, not because it is \'better\' than the nations around them? A \'servant\' also makes mistakes.\nWhat are the \'mistakes\', really when you want to \'compare\'?\n\n*Did you realize that you have not seen every member of that synagogue, and have not spoken to everyone in the Synagogue to which you went, thus maybe you have drawn wrong conclusions? And how many times did you go there? \n\n*Do you see yourself capable of \'sitting on an earthquake\' and not leaving the place, after having heard that there might be one, but you think something like \'it will not happen, since I have never seen an earthquake and it is probably a hoax, I feel a pull to stay in my hometown\' ?\nIf you do not see yourself capable of this, then do you feel as if you know yourself enough, and know enough about how you could behave, in a positive or in a less positive way?\nIt is very human not to see dangers, not to \'expect an earthquake\' since you never saw an earthquake (that hopefully will not come, it is an \'example\'). \nWhere I live, once there was a man who warned his environment about a coming flood. Everyone thought that he were crazy, and no one listened to him. Until the dykes broke through. This happened. How would it be possible that people never thought that the dykes would break through although the country where I live (Netherlands) is below sea-level?\nApart from natural desasters what I meant to say is, societies do not \'function\' as well as they claim to do, and they might collapse for different reasons. Have you realized this, and have you left a mental \'comfort zone\', trying to \'figure out\' how others might be able to do so?\nIf you tell this to your pastor, then would you get some \'spiritual answer\'? (yes, probably with a big cup of coffee).\n\nPS  I love Americans. In my childhood I lived in the USA, and I have been around Americans for fifteen years.\n\n* Would you see yourself capable of some form of \'apathy\' when this is inappropriate, and how would you want others to treat you when they would notice your particular form of apathy? Would you want someone to come along and \'report on it\'? \n\n* You wrote a letter to Tamar, and you may not have thought, that she would put your letter on her Weblog. \n (Tamar responds: I respect people\'s privacy, and of course asked Dean\'s permision to post this, -of which he agreed. )  \n\nNow consider this situation;  if your semi-negative observations about Jews in a synagoge to which you went, which had been made public with your consent, were to be fined (meaning, you would receive a notification to pay a large sum of money because of negative speech), because there would be a     (here comes an imaginary new American law):\n  ban on:  \'callous criticism of U.S. citizens, especially when Jews are concerned, and this, for very good reasons. The criticism is called \"callous\", unless it is proven, that one has spent much time and effort on the \'subject\' of \'criticism\', and has proven to be willing to first have spoken to the people concerned, in a humble way, e.g. by first asking them questions.\'  \nIn case of a possible fine (if you did not meet the required standards) would you think twice about \'just saying what you seem to observe\'? The answer to this question is probably: \'yes\'. You would think twice about what you say, and how you say it. If you would be \'fined\', not so much because of criticism itself but because of the way in which it is done, then you would think again, I suppose.  Isn\'t it a well-known human trait, only to do the right things after having had to do so.\nAre you more careful about where you \'parc your car\' (in case you would get a fine), than about \'what you say, and/or the way in which you say \'something\'\'? \nImagine a situation in which you are just about to \'parc your car\'.  Then another car passes by, takes up the space where you wanted your car to be, and then you think: \'never mind, I figive him, after all, maybe this person is in a stress, one has to love one\'s neighbor as oneself\'...\nYou might be favourable towards someone who takes up your space. But Tamar \'gives\', and what are the \'circumstances\'.  What \'s t r e s s\' might \'Tamar\' (and many Israeli\'s, and Jews around the world) be in?\n\n* have you ever thought of the possibility, that one day you and your environment, could experience a form of extreme \'stress\'; would you be able to \'reach out\', would people in the US in circumstances of extreme national stress be a light to other nations?  When the existence of the USA were \'at stake\'? \n(I\'ll tell you why not \'really\', The Prophet said: \"The Torah goes forth from Zion\').\nAre you learning to \'reach out\' in ways in which you c a n, \'now\', when you relatively spoken do not experience such difficult times?  I see, so far your \'reaching out\' seems to stop after some \'observations\' which you made, having gone to a synagogue.\nFor Jewish laws on proper speech you might want to look up see www.chofetzchim.org. There is much to learn from the Laws of proper speech. No one is perfect, and everyone has to learn\n\n(No I don\'t feel so judgemental about you, some have other \'kinds of thoughts and critisizms\' which they hold back, or they want to be involved too much \'themselves\', at least you desire for some Jews to \'act\', and you seem to be more like a disappointed \'child\'. But, do you see the \'differing scales\' which most people apply to one degree or another, and which you now \'apply\' by your version of your visit to a Synagogue?\n\n* If you see something which you might perceive and define as being \'lack of care\', maybe you could \'meditate\', and find out that some \'lack of care\' may have been going on in part of your own family.    When Jews in a synagoge become role-models who have to fulfil your expectations, then you might have to check your motives, unless you become frustrated and \'thus\' become abusive in \'one way or another\'.\n\n*If one or two close or distant family members have displayed a lack of care, then would you think that \'therefore\' your whole family has a lack of care? And, would those who display a lack of care, not still be your family?   * Would you want someone to come along, ring your doorbell, come in, sit down, talk, leave and then later, someone else informed you of the fact, that the visitor had \'investigated the amount of care\' amongst the family members which were present in your house\', during his  visit? \nDoesn\'t this behavior look a little like what you do, when you go to a synagogue, and then you report something to Tamar about what you \'observed\'?\n\n*Does the Commandment to love one\'s neighbor as oneself simmer through some of my questions? (I hope so, of course)\nIt could be because of the synagogue.  You never know \'who\' prayed, since it belongs to hidden mysteries\n\n");

I did not know about the Carlyle Group -- which receives prodigious business contracts from wealthy Saudi Wahhabi princes.  Were you aware for instance that close family friend, James Baker\'s law firm represents the Saudi Royal family against 9/11 victim\'s families?  I did not know Bush and his father were members of the Carlyle Group.  I did not know Saudi princes bought Bush\'s failing Harken Energy stock at a highly inflated price.  I did not know Bush\'s grandfather did business with Nazi Germany before Congress passed the \"Trading With The Enemies Act,\" forbidding such treasonous activity.  There was a lot I did not know about Mr. Bush and his family.  \n\nThe thing that bothered me as a conservative Republican were all Bush\'s condemnations and scoldings of Israel after every horrific / bloody suicide - homicide bombing, in early 2001.  Bush scolded Israel to exercise \"restraint.\"  The Bush administration condemned Israel for exercising an \"excessive and disproportionate response\" to jihad terrorism, etc.  Then came our own mass-suicide bombing on September 11, 2001.  What did Bush do in response?  Bush declared war on Israel, early October 2001.  Under pressure from the Saudis -- who Bush knew were knee-deep in the September atrocities -- he announced his administration would work to establish a Muslim (terror) state in Israel\'s heartland; in other words appeasement of America\'s enemies and betrayal of an our only ally in the Middle East.   A self-professed (conservative) Christian believer did this.\n\nThis was treasonous!  I realized then that Bush was the enemy; the enemy and the traitor within.  How could any God-fearing Christian (or Jew) not have seen what I saw?  How could any ethical and moral-minded Christian or Jew not see George W. Bush for the traitor he is?  How could any God-fearing Christian or Jew not realize Bush was the enemy?  Bush was a more \"formidable\" enemy than any Muslim jihadist. \n\nCicero wrote in part: \"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. As intellectually advanced (or whatever the term) and inquisitive a people as the Jews are, to get all one\'s information from the mainstream media is unforgivable!  There is no excuse for this.  It would be akin to Jews in Germany getting all their information from Julius Streicher\'s Der Sturmer in the nineteen thirties.\n\nI wonder what Tamar thinks of this. I\'ve been fairly outspoken (in defense of Israel) on the radio and the newspaper here in the past, as I mentioned once on Tamar\'s program.  A few years back I sold some of my greenhouse-grown Poinsettias to one of our local synagogues.  They sell them annually as a fund-raiser.  The lady who was in charge that particular year said something to the effect that my letters to the editor (they were about Bush\'s anti-Israel policies) were a little rough; I think that is the word she used. \n\nBut let\'s be honest.  Christians (many who claim I am spiritually blind) literally worshipped former President George W. Even John Hagee and Christians United For Israel -- an ostensible pro-Israel organization -- stood solidly with Bush as he sold out Israel. It worked for awhile, but when Jews get comfortable, they forget Hashem and so Hashem repeats the historic scenario ad infinitum ad nausem. You can read all about it in the Hebrew scriptures. But, according to the Hebrew scriptures, there is coming a time when the Jews will finally come to their spiritual senses and embrace Hashem for good and eternity. But also according to the Hebrew scriptures another Holocaust will be required (the worst one of them all) before this happens. Even among the American Jews who are affiliated, love and concern for Israel is only high on the agenda of the Orthodox (the smallest of the major Jewish \"denominations\" in the US; the synagogue Dean attended is affiliated with the Conservative movement), who are the source of the bulk of those making aliyah and who donate to Israel and send their children to learn there. \nConsequently, the majority of American Jews have never heard of the Jerusalem Post, let alone Arutz Sheva. The Jewish people have been exiled for 2000 years throughout the four corners of the globe.  Believe it or not, many countries, whether Europe or middle east had periods of time where they were good to the Jews.  It usually lasted at the most for about 100  to 200 years & then, anti-semitism reared its ugly head to the extreme.  I\'m afraid that this is now even coming to the U.S. as times get difficult here. (Hopefully not) To get back to your comments, you never mentioned what kind of a synagogue it was &that can make all the difference in the world.  If it was not an \"orthodox\" synagogue, I\'m not at all surprised at their ignorance of Israel & their lack of love for their fellow Jews & love of Eretz Yisroel. (Especially liberal Boston) These Jews can only be described as galut Jews.  (Diaspora mentality)  No different than the German Jews  pre WWII.  Many were so far removed from their heritage that they saw to only intermarry or just convert to Christianity to be part of the crowd & to get ahead.   When we were slaves for over 200 years in Egypt, most of the Jews had sunk to the 49th level of impurity just by living in the midst of the depravity of Egypt & so 80% of them did not  want ro leave Egypt  and died in the plague of darkness together with the Egyptians. \nThese people you met  are similar to what I described  as life has been  good to them here in this land, which is called a \"medina shel chesed\" (a benevolent country) and as they really have no knowledge of their heritage,Torah, history or true knowledge of Judaism, all this is almost as foreign to them  as it is to the non-Jews.  The basis of Jewish worship here was started (German Jews) by the Reform movement (which is a mockery & really so far removed from Torah that it cannot be called Juudaism) & therefore, had a tremendous impact on Jews in America.  In fact, after the horrific holocaust, those great Jewish sages & leaders who survived were fearful of coming to the U.S., knowing the lack of Jewish learning & Torah in the U.S.   Only after they came, did they bring Judaism here & it became a big Torah learning center . To Jews who have not assimilated, all this is no surprise. We hope that this  era before our redemption  they will return to their roots & we know that G-D Alone runs this world & know He has his plans & will somehow see to it that they will return. This is their country, not Israel.  Much as I am a descendant of German forefathers.   Most of us descendants do not believe in G-d and would rather not be pointed in His direction.  Is Dean concerned with his forefathers home?\nIt is much easier to live without God in one’s life than with Him in it.  Most will shy or run away from G-d.  He makes life much more difficult to live and harder to want everything to be nice and peachy.  I am not a Jew, am not righteous  however am a follower of Christ and try my best to follow God’s precepts.  \nA question for you.  Why would an American Jew want to give up a good life for a life of strife and constant fear?  Being labeled Jew doesn’t make one a believer in God , just as being labeled a Christian make one a true follower of Jesus and God’s precepts through Him.  One large fact, doesn’t  matter whether you believe it or not.  God is and He will not be put into any small definition.  He will not allow Himself  to be regulated to anyone’s  small box, if you will.  \nI am 67 years old and have been a seeker of truth for most of my adult life due to the way I was raised and the beliefs I was taught.  There has always been the questioning, is this true; is this, the unbridled, untied and open word of the Creator.  \nWhy do the Jewish, the Christian teachings make it so difficult to know God?  Why do those who proclaim to be righteous and so holy always put God so far away from Human/Woman that he/she cannot reach God on a face to face reality.  The Jew says to the Christian, You’re wrong, the Christian says to the Jew, you were right until you walked away from God’s true teachings.  Who is right?  The Jew says to the Christian, We have the truth because we have handwritten the word and handed it down generation to generation.  We also have the Oral Laws which have been passed down generation to generation. We are the Chosen ones and we can prove it.  The Christian says to the Jew, Yeah, you had it. However- you lost it when you crucified Jesus the Son of God.   Both miss the truth, Both. \nI ask you, which would you rather serve, a God who is so far from you personally that you can only meet with Him through a series of Priesthood/Rabbis etc..  Is this G-d so fearful of Human/Woman that He will not reveal himself to the individual?  Or is He inept?  Or is He a loving God, One who created all and loves His creation Human/Woman and only wants to talk to them, one on one, face to face.  Does He not know your every thought?  Does He not know your every desire? Does He not have an answer to any question you may or want to ask?  \nWe are living in a time, man has never seen before in this period from the flood.  The world is at stake today, both the Jew and the Christian are waiting for the Messiah, the Jew for the first coming, and the Christian the second coming.  Both have so twisted the original message it hardly resembles God’s original purpose.  \nThe more you study the ancient writings that are available today, and the newer messages written in these modern times, the more you want to pull out your hair and scream.  What is the real message from God and just what does He want of Me?  Is His intent to put and keep me at a far distance from Him that I cannot truly know Him and His Love and Power?  \nHere is another:  Why because of the first Human am I considered to be born into Sin?  How can you deal with the idea of a Child, baby if you will, neonate, being a sinner.  What did Human do that was so bad that God will not let him close?  Give up this and that, don’t do this and that, You must be humbled before God or you will be outcast.  \nTo Dean, You must get back to the basis.  You must study God’s Word, You must read all that you can that’s been written about and by God’s people.  You must go further than you ever have to search out just what God wants.  \nMan, either Jew, Gentile, or other, has never followed God to the letter.  Most likely never will.  God says-man changes.  God does-man denies.  God says “I Am that I Am”. Man says “Really?’ Me too.  God says, “I will be your protector and Leader, just walk with me daily.”  Man says “OK, just take a seat in this little room, I will let you know if & when I need You.  Talk to my priest. “\nCynical,?  I suppose.  To me God is my All, He is my ‘I Am that I Am’, however I do not limit Him nor do I put Him into a room only to take Him out when I think I NEED HIM.\nMy heart breaks when I think how this Creator, so loves His Creation, He again and again allows man to put Him away, only taking Him out when he needs Him in a time of Crisis.  When all is going good and good times are upon Human/Woman, it is always, Look at what I have done.  When things go to ruin, Man finds someone to blame and says, God, Why did you let this happen to me?  You could have taken care of it, if only You cared enough.  Or as the Song goes, says, “God must be too busy”. \nAnd then again,  Maybe God just says, Hey, you idiot, you put me in this little room, I could not hear or see what you needed.  Smile.  You Think?  \nBe you Jewish or as Dean puts it, a Christian Zionist [Goyim] with great love for Israel and all that it represents; may be what God is saying is, Hey, you idiot, take me out of this box, remove from Me the shackles you have placed on Me and just see what I can and will do for you. That is, Jews in America are comfortable here, they aren\'t under persecution, and they can make lots of money. These 3 reasons Dean brought out well, and these are some of the main reasons why Jews in America despise or feel uncomfortable about Israel. And these are the kind of Jews that should NEVER make aliyah. They would just as easily leave when the times get bad, and they\'re going to get bad. In fact, there is only one kind of Jew that ought to make aliyah. That would be the lovers-of-Hashem kind of Jew. All others should not make aliyah. They would harm the cause of G-d more than  help it. The last thing G-d wants or needs in Israel are a bunch of spoiled Jews who cannot comprehend the necessity of all-out war against their enemies. A Jew who voted for Obama is not the kind of Jew that would be good for Israel. Only the fools and the outright evil people voted for Obama. Obama will not be good for Isreal and he won\'t be good for America. But Jews, being the complete political morons that they are, mostly voted for him. And there is a close connection between what politics one holds to and how one believes about G-d. There is commonality here.");

It\'s a flaw shared by members of nearly all subgroups of humanity.\nA few agree with Satmer or similar.\nA few think there\'s no point in supporting Israel so long as its own government is so self-destructive.\nA few do support Israel, but voted for Obama anyway (the explanation I heard from one such person, and I decided to follow his lead, is that both candidates would likely push the \"peace process\", but only McCain could effectively be considered a friend while doing so.)\nAnd some probably do feel uncomfortable about Israel because it makes them feel guilty.  But I would say the people he met were simply your standard can\'t-see-what-doesn\'t-affect-them-here-and-now human beings.");

I\'ve have Rabbi\'s tell my chavruta that he doesn\'t need to learn hebrew, its over rated. And I am in the midst of filing for Aliyah as a posibility and am have quite a time getting someone to write a letter as a recommendation. I\'ve heard Rabbi\'s hear say we have to take care of our selve here.. let Israel take of herself. Thats a parapharase. I don\'t know what the answer is other than offering american jews a SECURE land with out rockets fired at them and a promise not to take away their home to give to some one who didn\'t work for it. I case you didn\'t get it  that was a reference to Gush..");
