Now, Communism can indeed be extremely dangerous, with untold millions killed, tortured or sent to gulags in its name.  But in this particular instance, it was a convenient tool for the Nazis.  A construct.  In fact, Stalin, Mao, and Kim Jong-Il were not particularly good Marxists themselves, but self-worshipping tyrants that kept their populations subdued through fear.  Russians and Chinese have shown that they are not really good communists after all.  ");

Chanukah\'s story was not simply a struggle for religious freedom from the Hellenistic Syrian-Greeks.  It was very much an internal struggle for the heart and and the soul of our people.\n\nJust as it is today, there were many Jewish \'reformers\' and traitors that adopted Greek practices; who joined themselves with the Hellenists.  They adopted Greek culture.  \n\nToday, it is American culture and American values.  Today\'s Jews -- both in Israel and America --have joined themselves to and identify with America and her idols.\n\nIn those days, it was Jew against Jew, just as it was after Moses came down from the mountain with the Commandments.\n\nHe found his people (even his brother) worshipping, dancing around and celebrating an idol; a golden calf made by the hands of men.\n\nNothing has changed.
