The backgrounds of these people is diverse and cosmopolitan. But, is that not just like our own jewish cosmopolitan backgrounds? The notary public goes to the Health Department in the U.S., asks to see the records, asks for a copy, and validates it. It can also be done by mail, and one must state what it is needed for. As for Mr. Obama\'s birth records, they should be available, in the U.S., @ the Health Department. In other countries it may be elsewhere. In The Netherlands, for example, it would be in the Bevolkingsregister (citizen registry). It is public record. A notary can get it if representing a person, or an official authority. The nationality of Obama\'s mother, and where she was born, is also public record. The attorney making waves for himself, Berg, is that his name?, is no attorney. Otherwise he would know that.
