Second, I think the best way to maintain long-term and short-term health is a diet-fitness program that integrates some basic concepts: 1) a truly balanced and moderate diet,with a calorie limit and pretty much absent processed foods, 2) a long-term fitness plan that you execute, with the help of the changed diet. \n\nThis kind of plan would integrate varied and frequent workouts, mixed with stretching and some pilates. Pilates is not only good for the back, but can be used as part of an overall strength emphasis.\n\nSo \'fitness\' includes not only some cardiovascular work (but varied) with other kinds of workouts. This can include intelligent weight training, sprinting and so on. Just riding a bike or doing an elliptical machine is not as promising. \n\nThe dietary part is important not just because it is part and parcel of better health, along with the fitness piece. It is also very relevant to many medical conditions. I don\'t know what your diagnosis is, but most likely inflammation is involved. And most diets that people eat - which include lots of \'bad\' fats, or an imbalance of fats in the diet - contribute to overall inflammation in the body.\n\nMy experience with this is as follows - I was always athletic and like(d) sports. AddReply(310274,"\"Independence Day ?\" by Shoshi Greenfeld (translation) ","Dan","Jerusalem","05/26/08","Independence Day ?\n\nBy Shoshi Greenfeld\n\nhttp://www.inn.co.il/Articles/Article.aspx/7507\n\nWe will wave another flag, a flag that symbolizes morals and purity\n\nSuppose that someone has a rare musical talent and he receives a violin as a gift, but then instead of utilizing his talent, he places the instrument in a dark, forsaken corner and allows it to gather dust, or instead of playing the violin in the usual way, he uses it in peculiar ways, e.g. forcefully pulling out the strings, or striking another violinist over the head with it.\n\nIs the reception of the violin for that musician a holiday, which he ought to celebrate for generations and generations? In my opinion, it would indeed be appropriate for that musician to denote the day he received the violin as a holiday.  That was the day that the musician was given the opportunity and means to convey his artistic talent.  But it is just an opportunity and it doesn\'t turn him into a virtuoso overnight.\n\nThe state that was given to us is an instrument, a vessel, and also an opportunity.  Since we were given this opportunity, we ought to celebrate.  But it is just a vessel, just an opportunity, and what we do with the opportunity is an entirely different question.   Thus it is desirable to celebrate the receipt of the vessel and the opportunity, but at the same time, we should remember that we are just celebrating receiving the chance for deliverance, the chance for independence and improving our lot.  And we may add to that all the fortunate occurrences that have happened since then.\n\nHowever, this doesn\'t mean that we should follow blindly after those who possess the vessel or control the helm of the state, nor should we make them holy.  We should distinguish between the vessel and those who have power over it. (Those same ones who brought back to us the sound of the pounding of their fists, when just recently they destroyed the \"Hazon David\" synagogue in the wee hours of the night, and plotted to toss the Halamish brothers into jail, while murderers with blood on their hands are released, the injustice cries to the heavens).\n\nNor does it mean that we shall wave the flag that they designed and painted on their banners, which they held aloft as they deprived us of our independence, expelled us from our homes, and trampled our rights as citizens.\n\nThey didn\'t take the flag from us.  It was never our flag.  It was always their flag.  They designed it and chose it in a contest of their own, used it to unite us around their rule, and wrapped themselves in it so we wouldn\'t understand that we live, in essence, in a totalitarian regime disguised as a democracy.\n\nEveryone who has a little understanding of psychological warfare, is aware that those in power, in order to confuse the masses, to prevent a mass uprising, and to give us a false sense of unity in support of the regime, use flags and symbols. Thus, we find that Snowball and Napoleon wave the flag with the phrase \"Manor Farm\" emblazoned on it in Orwell\'s \"Animal Farm.\"\n\nLet us wave another flag, a flag that symbolizes morality, purity, and the desire to restore sanity to the vessel that is called the State of Israel.  Yehuda Maccabi also chose his own flag.  He didn\'t  unite with the Hellenists under their flag.  Nor did Caleb and Joshua join with the other 10 spies.  Of course, we are for unity.  The others are welcome to come and unite under our flag, under our independence, and our sincere and truthful declarations of principles, and our will to be a free people in our land. \n\nIndependence day could be a day of reflection.  Are we really independent ?  Are we really capable of standing up for our principles in order to save our families, our homes, our children and the state.  Are we capable of saying no for once, when that which is sacred to us is shattered?  Are we able to rise up, when they trample on our civil rights, and, by our example, return the rest of Israeli society to the straight path.\n\n");

They noted a rare phenomenon of four consecutive total lunar eclipses,known as a tetrad.  Theses eclipses are to occur conciding  with the holy days of Passover in the spring and the Feast of Tabernacles Succoth in the autumn.  The last time this happened four blood moons occuring together, in the last century, was in 1967-1968 when Jerusalem was recaptured by Israel. The time before that was right after Israel became a nation in 1948,49,and 50 on Passover and Succoth. Before that they said it happened in 1500\'s but not during Passover or Succoth then. I wonder when they fell then or what was going on then, wasn\'t Inquisition  in late 1490\'s ? hmmm.\n We need to pray and help support Israel over next 5 to 6 yrs.");
