The children\ndrew pictures of Gush Katif on the envelopes and some families opened\nthe letters and let the children draw on them. The envelopes/letters\nwere then collected and sent in packages back to the SELA Authority.\nThis was our first taste of the illogical situation and bureaucracy that\nstill hounds us today: most of the names were incorrect. The names of\nheads of household were either mother and son or daughter-in-law and\nfather-in-law, and then there were the widows who received the letter\naddressed to herself and her murdered husband, even if she had\nre-married several years previously.");

For you are the chosen ones of Hashem and I totally believe in His Word not what the world says may Jerusalem and all of Israel never be divided. May it stay in the hands of His chosen people the Jewish people.  The world sleeps and they thing they are speaking for G-d when they tell Israel to give up land to the terorist who keep on sending rockets towards Israel. You know I just wondered what would the world say if any other country besides Israel had to give up land to those who want to destroy them?  The world would wipe them of the face of the map that is what would happen but for Israel the world turns their backs and says Israel you have to give back the land Hashem has given you. We know you won the six day war and Hashem was with you while you were fighting but now you have to give back what you won. How many countries do you know who had to give back land they won in wars?  If we who call ourselves Christians don\'t listen to One we claim we believe is the  Messiah.  \nPeople of Israel may the Most High the Holy One of Israel blessed be His Holy Name whose Glorious Kingdom is forever. Protect each and everyone of you with His Arms of Love from Heaven above. May He answer all your prayers, and may he bless you with good things from Heaven above. May His Love and Shalom (peace) be upon Jerusalem and all of Israel. May He bless all who love you and pray for you. AddReply(295419,"How about turning the tables on the leftists and the Arabs, Tamar?","Michelle","Vancouver","04/06/08","Money is pouring obscenely into the US presidential campaign\n\nThey talk about hundreds of millions of dollars received in the same way that we ordinary folk talk about ten dollar bills.\n\nAnd some of that money must be Jewish money, destined for candidates (all three of them) who will continue to push for the same Bush roadmap and worse!\n\nAbout a year ago there was a campaign to raise funds to have Americans buy houses in Yesha which would then be rented out to Israeli Jews who couldn\'t afford to purchase.  I don\'t think that program got very far considering the present housing freeze (courtesy of Bush and Rice).\n\nThere must be ways in which the diaspora, particularly the wealthy one, can help out financially these days in a way where the funds don\'t get misdirected by the old organizations.\n\nThere used to be a way where Jews could contribute directly to the Yesha people, Tamar.  Would you please post a list of organizations that are worthy of donations?\n\nThe Yesha people must raise funds in the US.  They must make presentations on what\'s really going on in Israel and solicit help to keep Jews living on Jewish land.\n\nI would like to see the face of those leftists if money started to come in by the truckloads directly to the Yesha people to make it easier for them to stay and to defend their land, and also to persuade the Arabs that the grass will be made greener for them elsewhere if they decide to move.\n\nJerusalem Summit has a program to finance the migration of Arabs – but in a typically Israeli right-wing fashion, i’ts rather subdued in style and doesn’t get much publicity.\n\nThe Jerusalem Summit Proposal:\n\nhttp://www.jerusalemsummit.org/eng/hs_short_eng.htm\n\nI haven’t followed up on the polls lately, but maybe a year ago they polled the PA Arabs and a significant majority was in favor of migrating.  It’s quite obvious, really.  Unless they are directly benefiting from terror and “aid” money, any normal person would not want to raise his kids in a society so filled with violence and with so very few prospects - statehood or no statehood.  \n");

Why not mail them back an envelope stuffed with the following material:\n\n-  A map of ancient Israel superinposed on what the left considers \"Arab\" land?  A map with ancient Jewish heritage locations, many of which still exist today.\n\n-  A map with Jewish population centers that go back to Antiquity and that survived until the Muslims drove them out or decimated them, with a few surviving communities remaining today.  They are not \"settlers\".  They are the ancient residents of the land.  \n\n-  A  map with past and present sites of massacres and other violent attacks on Jews.\n\n-  And for those who think that the Arab demands will stop at a certain line somewhere, how about a document with quotes from present Arab leaders specifying that they are after ALL of Israel, not just Judea and Samaria.  And let\'s not forget what polls tell about what the Palestinians really want.  It\'s not peace with the Jews.\n\nSo for the leftist folks, how about mailing them pictures of what Israel looked like when the pioneers started to reclaim the swamps and resettle the land...  (Where are the great Arab centers that were displaced?)\n\n-  And since the left seems to be a little unaware of what happens after surrendering land to the Arabs, how about a Before-and-After picture of Gush Katif, with a display of whatever is found there now, including the ruins of synagogues and the setting up of new rocket launching pads.  Gaza is a preview of the future state of Palestine:  just one big terror camp with its guns, rockets,  bombs and hatred aimed straight at Israel - all of Israel.\n\nWhat really happened:\n\nhttp://www.aish.com/jewishissues/middleeast/What_Really_Happened_in_the_Middle_East.asp\n\n");
