Then they must be imprisoned until they are no longer fertile--or at least until they are too old to be desirable.  Not only does this prevent them shooting out more young killer Muslims for the future, but each family member who is imprisoned is a major evolutionary cost that cannot be offset by more foreign subsidies.\n\nThe cost of jihad MUST go beyond the individual murderer for it to offset the benefits.
