The Supreme Court of Israel is notoriously anti-Torah and anti-Religious.  Worst of all, they openly and shamelessly bend the truth in order to interpret laws in consonance with their hateful agenda.  This fact is known by far more than 28% of the public.\nSo to answer your question, yes, any individual on the street is more trustworthy than Judge Shamgar.\nAnd, since he is incredibly anti-settler and incredibly dishonest, we cannot put ANY reliance on the Shamgar commission in attempting to discover the truth about the Rabin assassination.\n");

He will google him and hunt down every place his articles have been reprinted and if any nazi or missionary sites come up he\'ll accuse him of being a contributer to them.\n\nIt\'s funny, because Plaut\'s a real crusader against left-wingers and in the old days i usd to compliment him as the one guy on the right-wing internet with a good sense of humor, but he has really gone off the deep end and resorted to the same kind of methodology behind leftist SLAPP suits in his incessant attacks and stifling of debate with anything to do with the Rabin murder. What is amazing is that it took him this long to for the first time put forth his substantive arguments - and from reading them, he apparantly has not even examined the material because he is so sure of its \"moobattiness.\" Plaut, get real. Your readers expect you to pursue truth, not dogma.");

It sort of distracts from your argument.\n\nSecondly, it seems that what are you really saying is that no one can ask questions.  Unlike how you apparently misunderstood the Ceasar-Lincoln point, the fact is that if no one asks, and if those who do ask are publicly maligned, then we will never find out if our original assumptions were correct or not.");
AddReply(238343,"the 20 minutes","David Levy","LA","10/11/07","Shalom Prof. Plaut,\n\nI follow your posts and enjoy them, but you are dismissing huge questions. The 20-minute issue is a huge one. You implied in your first \"answers article\" that the murder actually happened at 9:30PM, that Rabin arrived at the hospital minutes later, and that the emergency room wrote 9:52pm because that\'s when they got around to it.  \n\nFact: Shamgar concluded that the murder happened at 9:50pm, because they could not explain where the 20 minutes went to. Your explanation was not considered strong enough.\n\nWake and smell the coffee! Shamgar concluded that the murder happened 20 minutes later that it actually did!");

He is one of the most straight, honest, and \'zealous for facts\' person that I have ever known.  Have you even met him to make such jabs at him? I also know that you have been after - quote - \'the main inventor of the Rabin assassination conspiracy \"theory\" \' for years.  You helped run a campaign to censor this author, threatening boycotts from other authors if publications continued to run his articles.  What kind of \'professor\' are you? You are against freedom of speech it seems.    \n I don\'t know what the truth is with the Rabin assassination, but those questions listed in the article seemed valid to ask.  And anyway, what does it bother you so much for? Where is freedom of speech and freedom of having an opinion? Can 28% of Israelis NOT have an opinion different than yours?  \n It seems that most all of  your posts are negative, laughing at people and making fun of them.  Do you have an inferiority complex,  and that is why you feel you must always write blogs attacking  people?\n");
