AddReply(204120,"First the Stones, Then the Kassams","Dave Levy","Burbank. CA. USA","05/21/07","I admit to having lost track of all the various plans to resolve this 100 year old conflict. I was also fooled after the Madrid Conference..and at Camp David. Somehow I thought Israel\'s giving would get rewards. Now, after the disengagement, I know the truth. Since Herzl, the Arabs have never wanted a Jew in their midst. Oh, okay, a few Jews in Jerusalem maybe..just to show good faith. But like the concentration camp in Poland, for the Red Cross, any suggestion of peace by the Arabs is a mirage..to fool the world. Hamas and Hezbollah at least tell the truth about their goals for the Jews in Israel. Zinni writes books that appear all over. Carter writes a book applauding the Palestinians. Tenet is now a joker, blaming Cheney in another war (yet he ran the CIA). Baker-Hamilton points fingers at Israel as the ultimate culprit for M.E. violence. Poor little Israel, is condemned for a fence which has reduced bombings. Israeli police hit at demonstrators..and the media blames \"excessive force\". Israel targets Hamas leaders, yet Kassams kill innocent civilians. Lebanon uses M-48s, and no calls it murder. Israel fires a few missiles at cars, and the entire world is enraged. Israel wake up: no one cares about you or your Jews. Like WW2, no one is crying, except your own people. Act now, before Hamas gets tanks, before it fires Grad Missiles into Tel Aviv. That\'s their goal..to make the Jews run for cover, to cower, to emulate the Auschwitz Jews who walked into gas chambers. Get with it Israel. ");

As a burdensome stone Israel is a heavy burden . God must also feel betrayed by that same burdensome stone ,but he will not repent of his covenant with Israel and we shouldn\'t either or else maybe He will tire of us Christians also . I think we can hold on for  just a little longer in-spite of the efforts of Bush . It will all be over soon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!");

You wrote that: \"Only domestic political issues have kept America from openly pursuing Israel\'s destruction through embargo and military action.\"  I don\'t think Bush or the other \'Globalists\' in the Intl. Community want to destroy Israel.  Instead, they prefer a \'weak\' Israel.  We are a convenient tool, to use us as a puppet,  and \'dangle\' in front of the Arabs when they don\'t behave to keep them in line, sell weapons to, etc. They make a lot of money from this conflict, and can pressure the Arabs with \'Israel\'.  It\'s really very elementary politics and basic business \'smarts\'... \"let\'s get you and him to fight\". And then they sell the weapons, and come in as the powerful arbitrator. ");
AddReply(202746,"Wrong premise","mike","Vienna, VA","05/16/07","The author assumes that America seeks the establishment of a \"Palestinian\" state.  The reality is that America seeks the destruction of Israel while maintaining plausible deniability.  Israel has given America every reason to destroy it.  Since the Israeli spurning of the miracle of 1967, Israel has increasingly become a millstone around America\'s neck.  Rather than proving itself a strong, ruthless, independent and valuable ally, Israel has shown itself to be a weak, spineless sock puppet.  The cost to America of maintaining an alliance with Israel is far greater than the reward of such an alliance.  Only domestic political issues have kept America from openly pursuing Israel\'s destruction through embargo and military action.  All this can change if the Jews of the Holy Land pull themselves together, put their house in order and decisively smash their enemies in a spectacular display of  brutal force, without regard for \"international law\", the consternation of American liberals and the yapping of Euro-UN weenies.  In other words, stop acting like wet noodles and start acting like the descendants of Joshuah and Gideon.  If you do not do that, you will surely die.");
