It is why I left America so many years ago and why my second son is preparing to go into the army now. As for the age of 20, it would mean adjusting societies values, but again, worth considering. Also university bound & not\n2)Although many avoid the draft now,many serve who would never volunteer,even if the salary were better.Who would make up the standing army?
