But how can you fight this:\n\n\"An educational kit on the Nakba is being disseminated among teachers throughout the country.\"\n\n\"Some teachers have reportedly been making use of the kit, even though it has not been approved by the Education Ministry. A meeting next week in Jerusalem aims to introduce the kit to educators.\" \n\n\"It was developed by Zochrot, a non-government organization.\"\n\nAs reported by Haaretz only a few days ago.\n\nhttp://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1090345.html\n\nIt adds that althought the children are initially strongly opposed to the teachers\' version, their views are being turned around.\n\nThis is an insidious brainwashing program by a leftist minority. \n\nOnly a more alert, involved M. of Education AND parent associations, could stop it. It would be one small move to stop the de-Judeizing of kids that would have significant results.");

A better simplification would be small moves to stop the morphing of Jews the people to merely Israeli the citizen (with Arabs, Druze and thousands of Russian goyim. I have never even been to Israel.\n\nFurthermore, you\'d be appalled and disgusted at the depth of my ignorance about Israel, Judaism, and everything.  \n\nAll of which, as you are well aware, hasn\'t kept me from firing off talkbacks implying an erudition that I quite frankly do not have.\n\nBut I write talkbacks because of the chronic state of anxiety I\'m in about the vulnerability of Israel. Like many other talkbackers, I too have the illusion that one more comment will become the tipping point that will change someone\'s point of view.  \n\nSo, although I have no knowledge or wisdom to offer, I have tons of questions about Israel.  If you still think you\'d like to communicate with me, I\'m at mwdrucker@yahoo.ca\n");

We live in a time in which the zeitgeist is away from religion and nationalism toward being a \"good planetary citizen\".  How do you all feel to know that 78% of U.S. Jews voted for Obama and that 70% of the non-orthodox marry out of the faith? Very few here are rooting for Romeo and Juliet\'s parents. Israel is betting high, with a losing hand, far outnumbered by adversaries and within & without its borders.  Israel has no choice but sue for peace. It can little afford to be the mouse that roared anymore than Belgium, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands can. Do the math.  Time is up when you are vastly outnumbered on the battlefield and when the diaspora has decided to quit playing \"Sancho\"  to your Don Quixote!");

Moshe said that keeping Yesha is not about \"security\" but about the Jews\' legitimate right to live on their land. There\'s no such thing as \"illegal\" outposts. How true.  \n\nBut there are hundreds of thousands of Israelis who got secular education and only a tenuous link to their spiritual and historical rights to the land.\n\nSo what other argument but security can anyone give them at this crucial moment so that they\'ll support the Jews instead of the Arabs? And even that seems difficult. \n\nAnyway, the best hope for a proud Jewish Israel lies with the Yesha Jews. They are amazing. My heart is with them, always.\n");

I also wrote about this in the article (on this site) \"An Open Letter to the Real Right\" but unfortunately it didn\'t seem to go anywhere. (perhaps the name of the article didn\'t attract people; unfortunately the name I submitted was subsequently edited and changed).\nYou have a lot of clarity w/your comments, so much so that it\'s my gut feeling that you\'re actually here in Israel and not in Canada. If so, I\'d love to talk and exchange some ideas.");

In addition, I also think it\'s important that they are inundated w/the general ideas and vision. Since writing and talking about these general ideas is my strength, I\'m trying to stick to what I\'m best at.  Just imagine what would happen if every Jew was to internalize my 18 points (eventhough they\'re general). We\'d probably change the world! AddReply(445211,"Part 2","Michelle","Vancouver","06/03/09","Here are some obvious and often repeated suggestions to use in appealing to all Israelis, and to right-wingers in particular.\n\n- Stress the need to keep territories for the sake of Israel\'s survival.\n\n- Aside from pre-20th century history, Israel has legal right to the land based on the Balfour Declaration and the League of Nations. Don’t let anyone delegitimize that.\n\n- Don’t be afraid of radical solutions, as long as they are grounded on solid legal basis. Get jurists and historians to help the right wing develop its own Peace Plan.\n\n- Right-wingers need to put aside minor differences and concentrate on preserving the land first.\n\n- Stop waiting for a Leader. Use the power of numbers and a good strategy to make your politicians do the Right thing. I\'m no fan of Bibi but you must work with him, support him, strongly guide him, and prevent him from making a deal with Kadima.");
AddReply(445191,"Excellent concepts","Michelle","Vancouver","06/03/09","Yoel, I agree with every one of your points.  They are inspiring and empowering.\n\nHowever, in order to fulfill that vision, you need to take emergency measures to save your state from imminent danger, and you need everyone\'s help.  \n\nSome sectors of the Israeli population may not be fully receptive to your ideas. They too need a change of mindset, but it has to be of a less ambitious nature. \n\nTherefore you need parallel simplified versions of your list placing less emphasis on ideals and more on practicalities. \n\nSome Israelis would need instead to be motivated by more basic notions, such as the need for safety, survival and financial stability, and also by their need for respect and recognition.  \n\nThey ought to be made aware of the shame of Israel’s state of subjugation, and of the real danger of a terror state set to destroy their lives and their country.");

The secular left, both in the US and Israel, have full control of the media to brainwash the public; this is worse than the chinese government\'s state control of its media, because everyone knows of its biases. But in the West, its the deception of truth reporting that enables the left to brainwash their subjects. These people think that they are being fed the truth but are being fed bias opinions and information eliminiating the other side of the issues. Wake up Mr. Meltzer!
