Newspapers that have been especially damaged are the \"elite\" newspapers like the New York Times.\n\n(2) News television is the main source of news that people have. There is also very little actual \"news\" in news television.\n\n(3) It is not \"news\" that most Americans, Euros, etc., are very poorly informed politically. In fact, politics is not a major concern for most.  Where it is of concern, it a concern narrowly focused on an issue area.\n\n(4) The author seems unable to distinguish Jewish opinion from average mass opinion, and elite opinion from mass opinion.
