It tells of how in the appeal process, the statements identifying Marchenko, and the photographs in which he was identified, were discovered.  It tells of Ignat Danilchenko (Danielczinko)\'s testimony that he and Demjanjuk transferred to Flossenburg together, and refers to documentation that supports this testimony.  It\'s summary of the decision of Judges Levin, Bach, and Chesin on the petitions to try Demjanjuk on the alternate charges, makes your claim that they released him because they had no alternate sentencing, rather less than credible.");

Marchenko was about 8 years older than Demjanjuk, darker haired, larger and with a facial scar that Demjanjuk doesn\'t have.  Moreover, Ignat Danilchenko\'s testimony did indeed contradict Demjanjuk\'s being at Treblinka.  It placed him, alongside Danilchenko, in Flossenburg after Sorbibor.
