He agreed with the interviewer that the Sec. of Defense AND the Sec. of State, constantly are quarreling over issues and policy, and rarely agree. \nWitness C. Powell and Rumsfeld for starters. However, the President makes the policy decisions..along with the State Department. Israel has many systemic problems for a miniscule country. It\'s F.M (Livni) typically contradicted HER boss, Olmert. He was in charge and elected, NOT her. Israel needs to rethink it\'s government. If Bibi is the next P.M., he should make Livni Minister of Tourism or send her back to the kitchen. ");

He indicated the Bush administration understands Iran\'s success in destabilizing the M.E., it\'s use of surrogates(Hamas and Hezbollah, it\'s arming of Shia\'s in Iraq and it\'s goal of \"Wiping Israel off the map\". The \"moderates\" in Iran are hard to find according to him. An Iran armed with nukes, is unthinkable, and our resorting to armed conflict is incomprehensible, but on the table. Israel believes the same way in my opinion. Hez is very strong in Lebanon, just as Hamas in the Gaza Strip. The question is, what to do about them? Syria already has over 700 Scuds, AND Hez 42,000 Katys. All can reach Israeli cities. Russia is now loaning Lebanon 10 M-29s and may arm Iran with it\'s potent anti-aircraft missle. Nothing the US does can stop the above. (Taxpayers notwithstanding). Israel will have to attack. ");
