He\'s good in court but he\'s terrible in security matters.Winograd did point out some things that are important beyond olmert, peretz being paralysed and incompetent.Halutz was arrogant just as other chiefs of staffs have had problems and not been open to other ideas from the general staff who had called for a ground invasion. In the end, Olmert, dithered, was reluctant and totally screwed up the invasion and contrary to Winograd, was a big factor in reducing the success of the ground invasion. Finally Winograd talks about good intelligence and decisive daring action. Here you have Barak who wants a fence at the egypt border-build it, don\'t talk about it.
