Here in America we have recently passed a very similar law called the Defense Authorization Act of 2007. This law is very similar to the USA Patriot Act. They were then rounded up, denied the Right of Habeas Corpus, tortured and sentenced to death. This was without witnesses, based upon secret testimony and without counsel. This is now required in America starting in May 2008, with the National ID Card required under the Real ID Act.
