The classical definition of capitalism is where “the means of production and distribution are owned and controlled privately in a free market.“ The description of an elite group of nations, (e.g., G8 and EU) controlling world economy fits a different classical definition, \"where the means of production and distribution are owned privately but controlled by the government.\"  That is economic fascism.
