This is important because at best, he was found liable under the preponderance of the evidence standard, but NOT beyond a reasonable doubt about his ID. Thus, the US Courts findings are irrelevant in the criminal prosecution of war crimes.  \n\nJust take a look at how OJ lost the Civil trial, but was acquitted in his criminal trial.\n\nThere was the issue of Federal Prosecutor\'s misconduct of withholding evidence.  Without compelling evidence, it\'s irresponsible to make a judgment.
