Many believe that the goal was to entice Egypt to refrain from hostile activities towards Israel and to persuade them to develop friendly relationships with Israel. \nAfter spending many billions the peace has remained cold and the antisemitism in the Egyptian press has not diminished.\n\nIsrael should appeal to its friends in Washington to save their aid to Egypt money and find a better use for it until Egypt decides to make peace with Israel in the fullest sense of the word including preventing antisemitism in the press, free trade, open borders and prevention of Egypts territory for use by terrorists.");
